I am so pleased with their service! Ellen was pleasant and helpful on the phone this morning. She wasn't sure if our home was in the service range, and asked if she could check and then call me back. She did just that within a couple of hours, and Mr. Shawn Million came to our house this very evening. I was impressed. Shawn answered all of my questions, was pleasant and informative, and told me exactly what to expect while the yellow jackets are "responding to the treatment" - (i.e. good bye yellow jackets). He even gave me his number in case I have any questions/concerns that didn't occur to me while he was here. I am thankful for service providers like Scat, and so appreciative of knowledgeable people like Shawn.

Very well. They're wonderful. They're so pleasant. They come back if need be if the problem is not solved without charge.

They ended up having to do three different types of treatments due to me having three different types of bees. They were on time, professional, informative and I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

I have used them for pest control - mainly spiders - for several months. They spray inside and out quarterly. They are on time, professional and effective! I have only contacted them once in between treatments and they returned and provided additional treatment. That was early on. I very seldom see any 'critters' around any more!

Lucky me, found that yellow jackets had decided to take up residence in the cavity of my garage wall. After trying to battle them myself and doing nothing more than p****** them off, I called for reinforcements. I called first thing on Monday morning and they offer two appointments that same day! After arriving onsite the technician was very friendly and genuinely concerned. After observing the nest for a few minutes and not seeing activity he was unsure if it was still active. Instead of just applying chemicals he actually warned me that if he does apply chemicals he WOULD have to charge me. Hard to believe someone being straight up honest like that! I gave the go ahead to drop the napalm on the yellow jackets. Needless to say after applying the chemicals I heard that all too familiar buzz coming from inside the wall. There were indeed still there, just laying low now that the reinforcements had arrived. Shortly thereafter there was no more buzzing as they had been served their final eviction papers. I would use Scat again in a heartbeat.

Fish a fine and ants are gone.

Scat came out and treated a hornets nest the size of a soccer ball hanging in a tree. Scat was very professional, punctual, and true to their word. I would highly recommend them.

I had called and left a message on Sunday afternoon shortly after the discovery. I spoke with Mark early Monday morning and he was very helpful but did not have any availability that day. He could have someone to our home by 1pm the next day. I was not suprised as this was very short notice and just asked that he call us if they had a cancellation. I had tried to keept my fear controlled but I think it leaked out... Mark called me back less than 10min later saying that he could have Jeff out to our house between 12-12:30 that day. He said that he heard the anxiety in my voice. Anxiety being the understatement of the moment. Abject terror is closer to the truth. Jeff arrived on time, took care of the problem, answered questions and left instructions about what we should do in the future. When I had to call back to ask more questions the woman who answered the phone was warm, kind and very informative. Each member of the team was kind, helpful, professional and responsive. Jeff was on time and efficient in his work. The company has earned our allegience for a long time to come and I recommend them to anyone considering exterminator services of any tiype.

The guy was great. He was fast with the work. They gave a reduced rate because it was just one wasps nest. They were on time. The nest was at the highest point of a two story home and they had the proper equipment to take care of the job.

We liked the company, they were not high pressure. I liked the fact they did not make us have to schedule out appointment throughout the year from follow up treatments. They are actually going to follow up with us in six months.

My kitchen was overrun with big ants. The Scat guy sprayed inside the kitchen and the outside perimeter of the house. He also found the ants' nest in the ground by a tree at the side of our yard and sprayed that, too. That totally fixed the problem - not a single ant since then.

Normal procedure completed satisfactorily.

I called Scat Pest Control on a Tuesday because we were having a large quantity of pill bugs in the house, particularly in two rooms. The lady who answered the phone at Scat Pest Control was very helpful and explained that this is a common occurrence an homes built on concrete slabs. She went on to describe how they would treat the problem, what chemicals would be used and what the cost would be for the size of our home. We made an appointment for the following Thursday afternoon. The technician arrived right on time and explained again what he would be doing. The application was finished in about 20 minutes. He told me that I might see a few bugs for about 10 days, but so far we have not seen any. All in all, I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of Scat Pest Control service.

They treated for ants as well as carpenter bees. They told us if we had any problems that they would come back out and address any issues. They were very professional, and thorough. We have used them a few times throughout the years and they are always prompt and do a great job!

Would call scat again if needed.

Exterminated them and cleared the side of the house where they acculmulate.

Called several providers from Angie's List. When I called Scat, they asked a number of questions about what we had seen and came to the conclusion that the roaches we saw after our tenants vacated were German roaches. They quoted a 1st treatment cost and we scheduled the treatment. They came when they said they would to the first property, a single family residence about 1250 sf. They discussed what they were doing, why, and the expected result. They also mentioned that with German roaches there would likely be a need for a second follow up treatment. Since I appreciated all the information and their professional work, I scheduled both sides of a duplex where tenants had also vacated and we saw a few roaches on clean up. They also took care of that property when they said they would. Very easy to deal with and liked the education they provided.

We have been customers of Scat for years. We are on their quarterly plan. They always send reminders to schedule appointments, I can always get an appointment quickly if necessary and we have had the same technician almost every time which has been wonderful as he knows the house. We haven't had any big issues with insects or pests since using Scat. If we have had any problems they have quickly resolved it. They are very punctual and are usually early for their appointment. Very satisfied with this company. They have been a great find!

We had lots of little ants that were invading the kitchen. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and helpful, discussed my options and made an appointment time that was very quick. The service provider was on time and very friendly as well. He took the time to take all the outlet covers off to bait properly and sprayed the outside of the house. We haven't seen an ant since. We signed up for the recurring service plan.

After buying a new house we realized we had an aggressive carpenter bee issue. I called multiple companies for a quote but mark from scat was the most knowledgeable. He came out and sprayed our deck where the bees had burrowed in. We have not seen any bees since. I also like that they guarantee their work for the season. I would definitely use them again.

This visit went well. When he arrived, I told him of our ongoing ant problem (November, 2013 / February, 2013) of which he was unaware. I gave him a brief history including visits by two different employees to try to resolve the problem. Initially, it was thought the ants were attracted to moisture; that source was determined to be a leaking drain pan under the refrigerator which was corrected..But 3 months later, another invasion occurred . Each time, a thorough investigation was made including the crawl area.; speciulation was that their nest may be inside a cinder block area in the crawl space. Sprays and gels were used. In the meantime, I used a commercial ant killer product to trap some of the ants which reappeared; it was explained that this could be counterproductive if it attracts them yet they don't take it back to the nest. I was assured in later March that as soon as it was above freezing, they would come out to treat again. However, after one call back to assure me they hadn't forgotten, no action occurred. The B ratings are in response to this concern, not to the 5/9/14 visit. Brad began searching for possible sources . He asked if anyone had looked behind the electrical outlet cover. I was unaware that had been done. Voila! it was filled with dried ants ! He cleaned the area thoroughyly and applied a gel. It was such a relief to have that source identified thanks to Brad.

I called about a week before my appointment, just looking for a price quote. I was a little hesitant at first because the price sounded higher than expected. The woman on the phone explained the difference between Scat and most other exterminating companies. Scheduling the appointment was hassle-free. I was given an actual appointment time, and not just a window. The exterminator arrived within 5 minutes of that time and still apologized for being late. (In my book, 5 minutes isn't late!) He was very friendly and got started right away. I wasn't in the slightest bit uncomfortable having him in my home. He was done quickly but I could tell he had been thorough. I paid exactly what I was expecting--no surprises! I will definitely use them again!

Great. I spoke to mark yesturday and he came out today and sprayed for carpenter bees. He has serviced our house since 2011 . I will continue to call mark and scat for future needs. He guarantees his service for the season!

Finally, a service provider who knows what they are doing!!!! Had 2 other exterminators come out and sprayed the outside and inside and still these little pill bugs would come back with a vengeance! Even after a well known chain, came out (which only sprayed a little on the outside and then left with no communication!), it's like he left bait for them to come! But Scat arrived and had a high power power wash type chemical and finally they are gone! I was skeptical at first, but they delivered on their promise and has a better warranty than most others, at 30 days if I'm not mistaking! Don't hesitate to contact these guys, they're great!!!
