Paul is a polite, professional, and likable individual who was excellent to work with. He was very responsive when first working to assess the scope of our unique project and then to provide an estimate. Once the work was agreed upon, Paul got things rolling within just a few days, arranging to order the materials and planning the coordinating activities. Once the work began, he and his partner Randy worked each weekday to make steady progress towards completion. Paul updated us regularly on progress and plans for the next phase of work, and of the work site was left tidy at the end of each workday. They were thoughtful, methodical, and conscientious throughout the project, with an obvious desire to do high-quality work. They paid attention to details that would not have occurred to me as important, but which we can now recognize improved the quality of the finished product. The work spanned 7 days, though not all of them were full work days, and this did not count Paul’s time in visiting our home several times, and preparing an estimate and contract, and arranging material orders prior to starting. Paul’s estimate for the duration and cost of the project was high compared to other bids I received, but the time spent was consistent with the estimate and with the project completed, I can say that I believe we paid a fair price for a job well done. We already have plans to hire Paul for future work.

Paul did an amazing job on replacing a ceiling fan and removal and replacing kitchen lighting. He went above and beyond with other small tasks as well. He is very talented in all facets of home repair and upgrades. Would highly recommend him for anything that needs a professional!
