Description of Work: The company responded quickly. They came out to see what needed to be done. We were told this was a busy season for them and they would contact us in a week or two. They did contact us, but never came out again. We called them and were told they would get back with us in a few weeks. Again, we have waited trying to understand their busy season, but we have not heard back.

Description of Work: I asked for 8 hours of deck work. For a deck about 24x20 I expected more done but that may be my fault. However they called at 7:30 a.m. saying they were on their way but didn't arrive until 11, then took a lunch hour! We then received a call about weeks later saying we had an outstanding balance due. My husband told them we had used an Angie ' list coupon and they said okay; we should never have gotten this call. The work was good but won't use this vendor again.

Description of Work: Cleaned out beds weeding and edging, trimmed shrubs, mulched beds. They accidententally cut our invisible dog fence, however they repaired it within a few days. I would recommend them, overall I think they did a good job. Very responsive, professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Only problem. Can't complain, but I was told 4 hrs for 2 men. I was given 2 men, 2 hrs. The boys I had were excellent. I would like to have them again . I just had some other things to do, time ran out.

Description of Work: Spring lawn clean up. 4 hrs. Sent 2 people so 2 hrs ea. they did ok work given the timeframe. However spent a good deal of time trying to get the gas leaf blower started. Did cut down the tall grasses but then just left them on the ground.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company and that turned out great. They were running a little late due to the weather and catching up on other work so I wished they would have done a courtesy call letting me know. That would have been nice. But overall they came out and did a great job. They also explained to me what I could do to fix the issues I was having with my sprinkler lines, which I did and it worked.
