They were prompt courteous and arrived on time. They left the area clean. They were personable, kind, and attentive. I really liked them and would recommend them to friends and family

Door latch jammed and we couldn't open the door. Craig was there within an hour or two and replaced just the part that was broken. Replacing the whole mechanism would have cost over twice as much.

After a phone call in to the main office, Craig responded from his vehicle promptly. He relayed his exact position in relation to mine and told me approximately how much time it would take to get to me. After arriving, slightly ahead of promised time, he located my vehicle and called me as I was walking out to greet him. He was very professional and had the appropriate tools necessary at the ready. When failing to access the vehicles lock button due to the contour of the door and switch panel, he actually did something I have never seen a locksmith do. Craig asked me where the keys were located in the vehicle. After explaining to him where they were, he used his tools to slide the cover of my cup holder back, fish my keys out from the bottom of the cup holder and placed them on the passenger seat. He then used a different tool to flip the keys over and press the unlock button on the key fob. I was very impressed.

They were excellent. We were very satisfied with the work.

The guy was really good, I have used him twice. They were really good. I called other people, and his price was competitive. He was punctual, and prompt too. I haven't had any issues with the lock.

Have used him before so obviously I felt like I was getting quality at a reasonable price.

Craig was great during the brief conversation we had. He was a super nice guy and very honest. I close on the purchase of my home on June 23rd and wanted the locks changed that day or the day after. He informed me he would be on vacation that week and would be happy to come out when he returned that next week. Due to the circumstances and the condition of the individual who lived in the home prior to being sold, we needed the locks changed ASAP and my wife didn't feel comfortable waiting a week to change the locks. I explained my reason for not being able to wait and Craig strongly agreed i call someone else to have the locks changed, since he wasnt able to make it out on the day i needed him. He referred us to another locksmith in the area. Again, Craig was nice, professional, and personable. I would hire him in the future though if needed. Enjoy your time away Craig!

He worked quickly with important issues addressed. He walked me through what needed to be done and made sure we were communicating well about work.

Craig was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the various options that I had and that was greatly appreciated. He explained everything that was being done as he went along. I am a person who believes in good service. I actually go out of my way for good service. With that being said, I will definitely use his service again and I would encourage others to use his service.

Craig worked around my schedule. He rekeyed six locks, switched out a door knob, and even showed me how to repair a door flaw. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful!

Craig was great to work w/. He called right back to find out what I needed after I called his service. He knew what was keeping our old Ford truck from starting and worked his magic on the steering column- straightening a part in the ignition switch area and unlocking the ignition switch so the truck would start again. He advised me that this type of old truck was quirky and that I needed to do a couple of things each time I turned it off in order to keep the ignition switch from wearing out prematurely (it's only a couple of years old) . I was on my way in no time. Thanks!

Craig came out the day after I called. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He re-keyed the locks as requested and also replaced some bolts which were installed incorrectly. He was very informative and made suggestions for prolonging the life of our locks as well as recommendations regarding the duplicate keys we should consider.

This provider was not helpful. They were to call me and figure out when they could come out to help me get my house unlocked. I still haven't heard from them 5 hours later.
