Called Craig on a Friday afternoon; he was able to come late the same day. After finishing the work, he offered useful suggestions on lock maintenance.

Craig was able to come out the next day after I called to perform the work. I thought I was going to have to replace all the locks, but he was able to perform repairs on them. He also installed a peephole and had options with that as well. He was very polite, informational, and professional. He worked hard and got the work done quickly. He even gave me hints on how to maintain the locks to avoid future problems. I was very pleased with his service and would be the first call I make with any future issues. I also liked that he has been in business 20 years, that shows great continuity.

My wife owns a boutique. One evening when she was out of town, one of her employees called me and said when they were closing they couldn't get the front door to lock and stay closed. I rushed over to the store so the employee could go home. The problem was not the lock itself, but the flush bolts. The store has double front doors that lock into each other and flush bolts that hold the doors in place in the frame. If the flush bolts are inoperable, you can just push the doors open and the lock won't stop you. Using Angies List, I looked for a locksmith that would come out on very short notice to fix a commercial style storefront lock. Made the call to Craig. He was there in just a few minutes. After a quick review of the situation, he went to his truck and found the parts he needed. Quickly replaced the defective flush bolts (which is not easy when you leave the door in its frame), and the door was good to go. I don't recall the exact price, but I remember thinking it was a little higher than I anticipated. When I factored in the responsiveness and time of day (it was about 9:30 PM), it seemed more reasonable to me.

He did a very good job and the price was good. He is a very nice man.

They came when they said they would and charged me what they said they would. I was ticked off that I had to pay a guy to unlock my doors, but they did a great job. I have no complaints. They showed up and saved my vacation. They met my expectations. The locksmith was friendly. He was competent and did his job.

Craig was great. He got out to our place the very day we called. He showed me what was wrong with the existing lock (which had frozen up) and discussed various alternatives in terms of replacement. He seemed completely knowledgeable. After making my choice, Craig had the new lock installed quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with his service and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Craig is great. I really trust and appreciate his care when fixing things. He fixed the lock, the doorknob and installed a dead-bolt lock for us too. I am glad to have Craig available to take care of life's little emergencies.

They were punctual and efficient. The cost was pretty good. It was a pretty simple job, but I think they handled it really well.

It was great. Contacted Craig will I was in Denver and we worked out the whole thing over the phone. Even though Craig and the pet sitter did not meet until after 5 PM, Craig just chraged the standard fee instead of the over time fee.

Craig does a great job. He comes in, gets the job done, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I've had a good experience with this company. He's very easy to work with and I think he tries to give the best product that he can. We have an older home and he went out of his way to make something new work in our older home to avoid us having to replace the entire door or assembly.

We had the front door refinished and needed a new door latch assembly. Based on the Angie's list recommendation, we contacted Craig. He was prompt and professional as well as helpful in helping us pick out the appropriate assembly. He then made an extra effort to be available to coordinate the installation with the completion of the refinishing. While he was installing the assembly, we also decided to have him install a deadbolt on another door in the house at the same time (same call). The process was smooth and completed on schedule.

The repairman was on time, he worked quickly, quietly and was very professional. He finished the job amazingly quickly and the locks have worked no problems ever since. They do good work

Very personable and professional. Price was reasonable. Didn't have any additional keys made because I could get copies somewhere else cheaper. Had a lot of helpful tips regarding garage door settings and home security. Had a little trouble nailing down a time to expect him and I ended up waiting a little longer than expected before he showed up. But he was good at calling and letting me know where he was and where I was in the order of job assignments. I also realize that the unexpected can happen to put someone behind schedule in a business like that. Once he arrived, he was very quick and good at what he does.
