He was fantastic. He was very thorough. He changed all the locks in my house. The job was excellent. When he came out here he was able to take out all the locks without damaging the doors and replaced it with all new locks. He was very informative and thorough. He did everything on site and he didn’t have to go back to the shop. He was really friendly too.

Great experience - timely, friendly, professional!

I called Craig with my request for my locks to be re keyed. I called late enough in the day he was uncertain if he could make it today . I scheduled a time for tomorrow, but Craig was going to call if he could still make it today. Around 6:00, I received a call from Craig stating he could stil come today to do the work. He re keyed the locks and then re set the codes for my garage door remotes. The keypad entry was not working properly, so after several attempts he explained to me how to go about changing the pad out and how to put in the code. He also reminded me about the Angie's List coupon for service, which I had forgotten to pring off for him. Craig is friendly, efficient, helpful, and knowlwedgable. Being a single woman, I felt very comfortable having him in the house to change these locks. I would definitely use his service again if I was in need of a locksmith.

We like him. He came right away. He had good presentation. He was very good. He was the owner of the company. I would give him the highest rating. We liked his punctuality and appearance of the person. We liked everything about him. We are very pleased with him. His price was very good. I would use him in the future.

Craig was on time (Called before coming so I could get home) and got straight to work. Everything went very well.

We were amazed. He got the work done in far less time than we thought it would take. He did not make a mess. Even the WD-40 he used, he put it back to where it belonged right after he had used it. He could have just left it out, but he took the time to put things back. He was very pleasant and respectful the entire time.

The technician did a good job explaining my choices to me, installing the replacement lock and making new keys and several extra keys. He was professional and worked in a timely manner.

He was very professional, polite and efficient. He sat in his truck and did the work quickly and right. He explained how to oil the lock a couple of times a year to keep the lock working smooth and well.

Great! Craig was responsive, friendly and professional. He came out one day to talk to us about what we wanted. He listened to us, answered our questions and helped us find new hardware that would match existing hardware on the doors. A couple of days later, he came and installed everything. We had a short timeline. We wanted the work done the same week. Craig was able to meet our timeframe and we are very happy with the work. We would recommend and plan to call him the next time we need a locksmith.

The provider was not able to repair our door but he also did not charge us for the service call.

We had lost the key to the receiver lock on our truck. Craig came out and was able to "pick" the lock so we could actually use our hitch. He had me send him a picture of the lock before he determined if he could remove it to avoid a service call. Was a pleasure to work with, called ahead when he was on his way, all in all if we need a locksmith again, he'll be who we call.
