Craig's Locksmith Service

He came when he said he was going to come. He followed through with all his promises. I was happy with him. I don't have anything to compare the price to but it was okay. He did a great job.

The contact person was pleasant. My calls were returned promptly. An appointment time was easily scheduled. The work was done in less than an hour. The locksmith also programmed my external garage key pad for entry free of charge.

The rekeying and new keys went off without any problems.

Gave us estimate over the phone, Did the work, repaired items, suggested products but no sales pressure. Polite, on time and fast.

Craig and I went overall the doors and locks as he explained what needed to be done. He originally came to reply, but he saw also that the locks were safe and effective enough for our safety on being broken into. I will definitely used Craig from now on.

He was running a little late but called to let me know. It only took 45 minutes for him to change 7 locks. He did a very good job of inspecting all the hardware, cleaning it out and making it easy to turn the keys.

Craig was called and came quickly after an estimate over the phone. All the work was done quick and within a 2 hour period.

I had locked myself out of the house. I called dispatch at 6:30pm on a Monday night and someone was there by at 7pm (very responsive!). We had to try 3 different doors (due to my locks being old and rarely used) but I was back in my house by 7:20pm. The man who came out to let us in was very helpful, professional and had a great attitude despite my tricky doors. I hated being locked out, but would definitely use this company again.

Craig did an outstanding job. Very thorough and pointed out areas that could allow for break-ins. I feel much more secure in our home after he left.

We were accidentally locked out of our house at 9:30pm. The lock switch on the main garage door wall remote was flipped, which allows it to close but not open again (WHY?!). We had the key to the front entry door, but not to the recently installed storm door. I called Craig's after seeing very positive reviews on Angie's List. I initially reached his answering service, who took all of my information and said they would page Craig to call me back. I received a call-back within 5 minutes. Craig was at my door 30 minutes later and picked the lock on the storm door to gain entry. I was very pleased with his reasonable fee and the Angie's list 10% off coupon was an added bonus. Craig was very professional and presented himself extremely well. I will definitely use and recommend his services in the future. I would rate Craig's Locksmith Service an A+.
