Requested quote online 1/18/13. Busioness did reply 1/19/13 but said they were unable to give an estimate without speaking to me. Work was already completed by another provider by the time this business sent me an email.

Emailed for quote and received prompt reply with request for phone call for more details on job. After getting a quote from Craig arranged time for service, same day. Craig was prompt, courteous and very professional. Would recommend for locksmith service.

OK - opened the doors and made the keys. He said what he was going to do, and did what he had said.

My son had locked his keys in the truck. They were able to provide immediate service. Everything went smoothly.

Excellent; Craig was friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue in the door and presented me with a number of options for resolving it. He also made sure other locks weren't too easy to get through, and made recommendations about how to staff safe, including what he uses in his own home. His knowledge of locks, ability to explain what was going on, and fast work would earn my business again.

Made an appointment for Craig to repair storm door lock for the morning hours the next day after I called. When he did not arrive by noon I called his answering service. He actually arrived around 1:30 PM. He picked the lock but was unable to repair the lock nor was he interested in giving me a quote to replace the lock. My impression is that he is too busy to be bothered with small repairs.

Overall, the work done was excellent. Craig arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable, and he was neat. I plan to use Craig's Locksmith Service for other locksmith work as well.
