Description of Work: They diagnosed the noise from the wheel bearing. What separated them from others is that Bob only replaced one bearing first (the one with more noise) and tested to determine that only one bearing needed replacement at this time. The other place I went proposed to replace both.

Description of Work: Oil & filter change (I supplied both). Fluids checked - topped off. Brakes safety checked. "Check engine" (OBDII) codes examined.

Description of Work: They did a complete oil change filters.They also repaired other miner things that they saw need some simple repair. They are so wonderful. If this is a sincere review what does the year my house was built have to do with cancel this review it the information is not good enough. Bob's auto repair is wonderful pass it on.

Description of Work: I thought my brakes were shot. The front ones were - and he replaced them. The back ones were about to go bad but he knows how I drive my car so he filed them down. He also took a squirrel's nest out of my engine free of charge. I spent $700 for a $1500 job.

Description of Work: We had an unexplained leak of water from under our car during the spring. We took it over to Bob's and he came out to the parking lot and explained that water leaks like that when the heater is run too, just like the air conditioner. End of mystery. Relief. No cost.

Description of Work: I have been using Bob's garage for the past two years. By luck I found this garage. Never once have I been disappointed. They check your car at no charge. I had purchased a vehicle from my father in Massachusetts. He drove the car all over the country. Needless to say, he did not like to pay a garage for tune ups. Thanks to Bob, I have a car that runs like it just came off the showroom floor. He even came to my house to look at it one time, no charge !!!! He is gracious as is his son Bill. They are there when I need them, no question. When I blew a hose it was fixed pronto, even though they were booked solid. They new I had to get to work. My sons go there now as well. They are honest and I recommend them to anyone. It has taken me over thirty years to find a mechanic I can trust. Thanks goodness for Bobs Garage. I cannot say enough. Anytime I have a problem or concern, I call and get an honest answer. I do know something about mechanics and vehicles as does my husband. So we would know if the wool was being pulled over our eyes. We have in the past had our stereo stolen by a mechanic, our catalytic converter stolen, etc..... So, it is a relief to find this garage. God Bless them.

Description of Work: I had Bob's Garage diagnose my A/C and they recharged the system with .9 Lbs. of Freon. My A/C now puts out noticeably cooller air, even on the hottest of days!

Description of Work: I thought I had a leak in my air conditioner and was expecting a huge bill. Come to find out some critter had crawled up under my SUV and made a nest, which clogged my blower fan. It took less than 10 minutes and now works perfectly. He even showed me the nest and how to prevent it from happening again. And I would have paid more, but he wouldn't hear of it.

Description of Work: I took my ML320 to Bill at Bob's Garage to get it checked out and an oil change. They were very fair on price and did a thorough checkup. We now take all of our cars there for maintenance.
