+ -1 moreWe have been using Paul Ravenna for about a year. He is responsive, prompt, courteous and honest. The last visit we were just charged for a 'house call' because we need a new furnace. There was no high pressure sales, no push to buy from him. Per our request he sent an estimate for a 'scratch and dent' unit plus installation which we received in the mail a week later.

Description of Work: I called them on a Saturday afternoon they came right over to see what the problem was found the thermostat was bad did not have one on the truck came back on Monday to install new one .

+ -1 moreAny time there is a tune up there is an opportunity to try to sell a new A/C or furnace. Paul performed the tune up and also evaluated our furnace. He did not attempt to sell us anything over the requested service. Paul is a true professional.
