The crews are knowledge, polite and work very hard to return your deck to it's original beauty. My 22 yr old deck looks great.

In October 2021 we had our 30-year-old deck and front porch washed, sanded and stained by Timber Seal. Our deck, especially, was really showing its age and I never expected our deck and porch to look as good as new, but they came really close. We are amazed at how good our deck and porch look and are very pleased with the results. From Greg who came out to give the estimate, to Tracy and Michelle in the office and Jeff, Herb and Eric on the work crew, everyone was helpful, professional and respectful of our home. Since I had not seen color samples prior to our project, I trusted Tracy and Michelleâ  s advice when choosing a stain color that would look best on our home and it looks fantastic! I especially appreciated how careful Jeff, Herb and Eric were when washing, sanding and stainingâ ¦ no damage to screens, no stain on brick, siding or fascia, and plants were covered. I was on a waiting list to have my deck refinished and it really was worth the wait. Once the guys came to strip and clean my deck it wasnâ t very long before they (weather permitted) returned to stain and seal it and I love it. My deck is 20 years old and it looks like new. These guys come to your home and get it done. The teams work well together and Iâ m so glad I waited. It looks exactly like I wanted. I found out I had Justin Cody and Justin. These guys went above what they were there to do and did a little something extra for me. I didnâ t know until the next day. In these days and times I was completely surprised and taken aback but mostly grateful and appreciative. People donâ t do extra but this was a stand up crew and I want them to know how much I appreciate them and how wonderful that little extra made me feel. Thank you so much Justin Cody and Justin. They did everything exactly as they said they would. Everyone was very professional. They even came out on a holiday to do our deck because they had too many rain delays and they wanted to keep to the original dates promised. They worked in excessive heat with no complaints and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond.

They cleaned and stained my deck. It looks beautiful and brand new again.. They did a great job. Will be going thru them again for future business.

Responsible and responsive! Lovely work, dependable and timely. Had to have some deck boards replaced a year after the project and thus needed some stain. TimberSeal ordered the custom stain for me and had it delivered to my door. It was originally to be shipped and shipping was $16. When the delivery was made personally by TimerSeal it came with an envelope of cash - a $16 refund since the product wasn't shipped. Outstanding customer service and great kudos to Greg, TimberSeal's principal, and Tracy, who is amazing and wonderful when it comes to customer service and efficiency. Bravo! The team of Justin O and Robert arrived on time, prepared the decks and lake wall for the stain that was done well so our decks now look like new.

In my three dealings with TimberSeal they deliver a five star experience for the consumer and the quality of the finished product is amazing. Our deck looks like it's brand new and it's almost twenty-five years old.

they let me know when they would be arriving, the tech took his time in doing the work and cleaned up nicely when work was completed

Quality work. Good customer service

The customer service was great. They stained my deck while I was on vacation. It was perfect except for a couple of runs on one post. I called them and they had someone come out within 20 minutes! I love my deck! They are very neat and thorough!

They don't start washing until mid-April
