This company did a great job. My gutters had been very neglected before I scheduled this appointment. Since their schedule was very full, they told me that they were scheduling jobs between other jobs in order to service all orders. Nevertheless my gutters were cleaned within two days, which was sooner than I thought. Will definitely use again.

Company responded quickly, sent someone out for estimate and scheduled service in very prompt manner. Workman was thorough and did a meticulous job. The gutters were packed and he cleared completely and hauled all debris away. Very pleased with work.

Bad. The quote was so much ($280 for an 1100 sq ft ranch) that the $50 coupon was useless. In the past we were never quoted over $100 by any other providers.

Received an initial call and they came out and provided an estimate for the gutter cleaning and window washing. Quickly performed service and provided before and after photos of gutter cleaning.

Removed debris from gutters and snaked out downspouts. Bagged debris and placed in trash container. Brushed off debris from roof. Technician did a thorough job cleaning our gutters and downspouts..

Bren-Mark came out and estimated the job almost immediately after I requested it. The price was acceptable so I purchased the service. They came out within a day or two and did the work. This is a rental house so I was not there when they performed the service but upon checking the gutters after the work was done, I was extremely happy with the job. I am now scheduling gutter cleaning for my home as well.

The owner of the company,along with another worker cleaned the gutters on my Schererville home. I found them to be very efficient and neat. I will definitely use their service in the future and recommended them to my son.

I cancelled them because they were just like too expensive. It's not an unpleasant experience, it's just not something I'm willing to pay for their service. They were very professional and polite and stuff. They did service to me about four years ago and that's probably the only time and the last time I had my windows cleaned. They just increased the price by $100. They did do an excellent job.

Jen, the service tech showed on on time. She proceeded to get those windows and gutters done right now. We have sky lights and it was interesting to watch her move all over the roof safely while getting the job done quickly. She a fantastic employee and a very hard worker and the windows sparkled and were super clean. You made my wife very happy... Our home is a two story, and I no longer can climb ladders. We begin using Bren-Mark about three years ago. Just before Easter and just before Thanksgiving each year has worked well for us. The office staff has been great setting up long range appointments and contacting me as we draw near the next washing date. The wash crews have always arrived at the appointed time, performed their tasks in an exceptional manner, and have always left our home on a friendly note. The screens are clean and the windows are sparkling and streak free. I recommend Bren-Mark to all who have a need to have their residential windows washed in a professional manner.

Wonderfully well. They did a good job. They guy who did the job, spent a long time doing it and did an excellent job.

They said that they were very busy and it would take several weeks before they will come out. They called again and the service was done within a week since it wasn't a huge job and they were in the area. The price was higher but the 50$ was taken off and it was the price that we agreed to so it was fine. They did a good job. They were very professional, neat, and clean. I use Bren-Mark Window Cleaning to clean my gutters every spring and fall. I LOVE their work. They are prompt and always easy to contact. Two years ago I used them to clean all my windows and screens. I was VERY pleased. This was a job I always did myself but couldn't manage it that year. I could not believe the difference! It was as if I were looking through new windows - so clear. I live in a two story house with lots of windows and was a bit concerned about tracking in and out of the house while cleaning the screens. There was no problem - shoe covers were used. I have recommended this company very often. I will always use them . Great company
