Bren-Mark Window & Gutter Cleaning

They worked very quickly and in a rainstorm, no less!

This is my 2nd year using them to clean my gutters. As in last year, I was pleased with the service. We set a date and time. They actually called me for permission to show up early. The guy that cleaned my gutters was very nice and he was quick. He got the complete job done in a very timely manner.

Clean the gutters and did a great job! Showed up on time and did a wonderful job on the gutters.

Representative was courteous, quick and through. I was surprised to see that the company does not get the money I paid to Angies List.

I bought their deal for window cleaning and gutter cleaning on Angie's List. (I paid extra because my house is larger than that included). I heard from the owner the very next day with a phone call to schedule a time for him to come provide an estimate for the work. He provided a very detailed and complete estimate. We scheduled the services within one week of the provided estimate. The communication was very smooth and professional. I am very pleased wtih the work. I can't stop looking at my windows. My daughters even touched the sliding glass window and the marks are very faint. It has rained since they cleaned, and teh windows still look wonderful. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. They will get my repeat business.

I have used Bren Mark previously and was just as pleased with their work this time. They cleaned all my gutters as scheduled and left behind no mess. Great customer service and responsiveness.

I bought the "special" , $50, I think, and ended up paying $28 extra due to more linear feet of gutter than the special covered. Someone was at my door to measure the gutters and scope out the job the very next day after I placed the order. I think we then set an appt. time for the job. The workers came as scheduled and did a great job. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing.

Bren-Mark cleaned our gutters which were quite neglected. Huge improvement. They showed up when they said they would (we were not home at the time) and besides having cleared gutters, left very little indication they were there (no debris, dirt, etc). I will definitely reach out to them next time we need cleaning.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. First, they came out and gave me a quote. I am very busy and did not have to be home for any of it. The estimate was left in my door for $202. This did not include the Angie's List discount of $100. I made an appointment and paid over the phone. They came out and did a great job cleaning the gutters. They cleaned up afterwards and left the receipt in the door. I will definitely be using them again.

Lucas was great at his job. Very professional. Very careful and efficient. Windows sparkled when complete. Excellent job!! My husband & I were thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!! We haved use Bren-Mark every spring and fall for the last three years. Will continue to in the future.

They where very nice, worked quickly. I didn't realize, that some paint drops where on the window. So I didn't get a chance to see if that was part of the cleaning. Other wise the windows where sparkling clean

This was an Angie's List special with a coupon. The company is A rated and so I called to have my gutters cleaned out. The young lady who spoke with me was very professional but friendly and they first sent someone out to give me an estimate. That was set up promptly and within a day or two a representative came out, looked over the job (which was pretty small since my roof has only two sides and the house is a modest size). I was happy with the estimate and called back to set up a date for the work to be done. Again, they came back within a week and took care of everything. Left no mess behind. I actually was not home when they came and the only way I knew they had even been there, was the bill left in the door (and all the little trees growing in the gutters were gone). I'm not exactly sure how, but with the coupon, I paid NOTHING! Got my gutters cleaned for free! They did a good job, promptly, efficiently, with no mess and without disturbing my plants and landscaping. I will be calling them again, when the need arises.

They did a really good job. No complaints. Price was a little high but they were attentive and responsive so that helped on the price increase. I would recommend.

Our initial service was for gutter cleaning. After speaking with the company rep that came out to examine the work needing to be done, he suggested gutter guards to ward off future clogged gutters. We decided to have gutter guards installed too. One of the gutters wasn't pitched correctly so it was not draining, the technician fixed the pitch. One downspout was completely clogged, the technician took the entire downspout down and removed the clog. The gentleman that came to the house was very thorough and professional. He did not rush through the job, took his time and was attentive to our needs. This was a great experience for us and we would recommend to others

I was VERY satisfied with the work that was performed by Bren-Mark window cleaning, in particular the person that did the cleaning was Mike. First of all I was pleasantly surprised with the price that I was quoted when the estimator came to my home. I had expected that the cost was going to be way above my price range. The cost I was given was quite reasonable for the work performed. Secondly, the person that performed the work, Mike was another pleasant surprise! Mike was very friendly, and had great customer interaction. He did everything I asked and did a remarkable job cleaning the windows. By the time Mike was done, my windows looked as good as they did on the day that they were replaced! I was very happy with the price, and the quality of work was worth every penny to me. It would have taken me days to do all of my windows myself. I would recommend Bren-Mark, and MIKE to anyone who is considering having their windows cleaned.

It was great. He was on time and was very meticulous and detailed about the work. He went above and beyond with the window and door. I would use them again and again.

Fantastic job! Very professional and friendly! When the job was completed had a walk through to make sure I was satisfied! Definitely would have them again.

(1) showed up and did job as promised. Cleaned gutters an downspouts Problem week later when Had to call roto rooter and discovered smashed downspout guard (expanded metal type) and a piece of rag had been dropped into downspout (which connects into main drain) had snagged on clay tile joint between house and street I was standing there when roto rooter man pulled rag and drain guard from drain. Cost Me 400 bucks ! They then ran camera thru drain no other problems. (2) Came to Home cleaned gutters on garage and house and cleaned windows and screens. Problem was when went to put screens back in distorted and bent some of the frames and did not put spacers which center screens back in place. Found some laying in the windows some laying outside my house under the windows. I contacted Bren Mark left msg. What I assume was owner called Me back and listened to My tale of woe. What I heard Back was How House 1 Had his best Man on the Job and surely would not have done that seeing as how he was his most reliable man and never had any other problem and surely new better than to drop those things down the drain ! House (2) also had a reliable man on the Job. Yes did have problem replacing spacers but my wife (whom was laid up at home recovering from knee surgery) did not know how they went back in either ! Lets see here NOT HER JOB !! Ok well at the end of my lament Owners reply after extol of the the virtues of his employees was " Well What Do You want me to do ?" Well Your Business Your Employees Your Call !! My Call Iam out an extra 4oo bucks and fix the screens myself and NEVER use Bren Mark again and to let everyone else who will listen to or here my tale of woe not use them either!!! Hard to Get good Help these Days OH THATS RIGHT that's why I joined Angies List WHATEVER

Provider arrived to do work ahead of scheduled date. Worker was meticulous, well-trained, and polite. Company followed up about the experience. I would use them again.
