 + -1 moreMonitronics provided subcontractor who charged $1100 to replace components of security system. Subcontractor unprofessional, overcharged and still didn't get system up and running. It is impossible to get anyone to help at the Monitronics phone number. We are switching companies but are told that we must give a letter with30 days notice. Our alarm hasn't worked sunce October.
