Description of Work: I thought the coupon deal sounded great. I had water damage on my bathroom ceiling and wall. When I called I was able to get an appointment in the next few days. When he didn't show up I finally called about 45 minutes later thinking maybe he was running late on a previous job or in traffic. When I called his wife said I was not scheduled until Saturday. Saturday came and he didn't' show up again. I called about 30 minutes after my appointment time and she said he would be there in about 30-45 minutes. Waited, and waited and finally called again. This time she told me I was scheduled for the next day, Sunday, not Saturday. So why did she tell me he was on the way to my house?? I thing the lady needs a better way to track appointments so she doesn't mix them up. Also, when I called I wasn't sure if I had the correct number because she answered with "Hello", not the name of the business. Not very professional. Too bad the whole experience was such a mess. I had looked forward to using the coupon and having my bathroom repaired. I would hesitate to use them again and experience the frustration and wasted time.
