No work done.

I ordered on 7-30-13, appointment scheduled for one week later. No show, scheduled appointment for 9-18-13 their first opening, again a no show or call. I called Angie's List for a refund.

Needless to say I have not been satisfied with the service or professionalism of this company. In the last of several phone calls they told me they have not been able to keep up with the work generated by the Big Deal promotion. I left another message today in hopes of getting the work completed but have still not heard back. I don't believe I am the only one they have failed to complete the work for.

Guys were great - very honest about what needed to be done and time/cost it would take to complete. Highly recommend.

Left in good condition, just needs paint. Had some trouble getting the appointment scheduled but once we found a mutual time slot, work was done well and efficiently.

We were finally able to schedule an appointment. Then, no one showed up. No one called. I haven't heard from them since!

Robert arrived for 8:00 AM appointment at 8:30 AM and quickly went to work. He repaired 2 small areas of drywall in our basement over the course of 2 hours. Obviously skilled at drywall repair/installation based on the good results. We had some issues getting this appointment scheduled, but otherwise was pleased with the price and the work.

It went real well. The contractor arrived later that planned but went right to work. I thought I would be told it was going to cost extra due to the damage that my walls had. It took several coats to fill in the gashes and large holes but I was not charged anything extra. It was messy but he cleaned up so you would never have know he was there, except for the great repair job he had done.

Very well done. Professional quality work.

My work was scheduled for August 19, 2013 at 8am. At 9:30, I called to see why no one had shown up. Teona apologized and explained that she would contact me again to reschedule. I have not heard back from her with a date and time and have sent an email and left a voice mail.

Bought the deal. First they scheduled me 3 weeks out. Rescheduled that due to sickness. Rescheduled for about 6 weeks after the purchase. Didn't show up or call. Messages went unanswered. Refunding coupon from Angie's list. Did the work myself.

I’ve scheduled 3 different appointments. The first one, they called stating that they had an emergency and we rescheduled. They didn’t show up for the second appointment. They said that they thought had called everyone but there was another emergency. I rescheduled again and they didn’t show a second time.

The drywall repair was excellent. After painting it was impossible to tell that any damage had been done to the wall. The only issue I had was that the dryer had to be moved in the laundry room to allow the workers access to the wall that needed to be repaired. When they pushed the dryer back in place after the work was done they did not reconnect the dryer vent and the aluminum hose was crushed behind the dryer and had to be replaced.

Dealing with RTS construction has been extremely frustrating. I bought the big deal in late July. Teona scheduled the work for August 14th. A few days before the scheduled time, she called to say that the work needed to be moved to Sunday, August 25 at 8:00am. I wasn't thrilled about moving the date, especially to a Sunday morning, but I agreed anyway because I'm having hardwood floors refinished, and I really needed to get the work done. On Sunday, no one called and no one showed up, and no one answered my repeated calls. Teona called that afternoon around 4:00pm to say that she had taken Robert to the hospital that morning to get medicine and that that's why he didn't show. I was a bit skeptical, since very recent reviews on Angie's List showed others had been treated similarly, but we rescheduled for Sunday, Sept 1st at 8:00am. I reminded her again that the drywall work had to be completed before the hardwood floors could be sanded, and that if there was going to be any problem at all with the appointment, I would need to know right away. Her exact response was, "sounds great." This morning, again, no one showed, no one called, and no one is answering my phone calls. There aren't enough ugly words in the dictionary to express my feelings about this company. Teona has a polite manner over the phone, but polite lies are still lies nonetheless. This company lacks both integrity and honesty. And, I am angry with myself for giving them the benefit of doubt - they certainly didn't deserve it.

I purchased a big deal from and they came out and looked at the work that needed to be done. I did not hear back from them again.

He has been very busy since the Angie's List add went out. So busy, in fact, that he didn't start our job until almost 7 PM. He fixed all the drywall issues in our kitchen and basement/stairwell. He did a fine job, especially considering how busy and tired he was.

Set an appointment with us for Sunday at noon. We were ready and waiting and waiting. We finally called him and were told he was sick and would call us to reschedule. We called him the following evening when we had not heard back. The provider stated he was sick and tired of all these Angie's list people and he had too much work. So I guess he really was sick! Part of me feels badly when providers over commit through Groupon or Angie's List but we would have waited patiently for an opening in his schedule, but he was rude and unprofessional. Will never call him again.

I have called several times to get an appointment time scheduled. When I did get a hold of someone, they said they would pass my information on, but did not ever get back to me. Also, when I called back, the receptionist sounded drunk.

I responded to the message left on my answering machine requesting a time for the service to be completed, and for more information. The service was scheduled for 8-20 between 12-1pm with a phone call before arrival. I did not receive a call, nor did the contractor show up all day yesterday (8-20). I left a message at 2pm yesterday on contractors voice mail/answering machine asking if he was still coming that day and asked for a return call. No reply. Again today (8-21) I called and left a message on the vm/answering machine at 10:40am requesting a call and asking if I was on their schedule for my repair. At the time of the writing, I have not received a return call (12: 00 8-21). I'm not sure if I will go ahead and use this contractor if I am called back. I'm wondering if I made the right choice, since they obviously are not very punctual or considerate in keeping in touch with customers when necessary.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the fine print and details of the service for the big deal. The woman I spoke to was professional and polite with me.

Oh what a relief it is!!! Bought a Big Deal, 4 hours of dry wall repair for $99. I was very skeptical. Robert and his wife called within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Robert showed up 10 minutes early and got the job done, actually 2 places I needed work on, cleaned up and was out of here with time to spare. I highly recommend him for any job you need done. He does remodeling, Handy Man services, drywall, almost anything. He gave me a quote and is going to replace some exterior trim that has rotted. I am a happy customer.

He was excellent. He did a wonderful job. He came here in the evening and did it from 5 o'clock to 9 o'clock. It took him less than a month to do all of it and he did not make a mess. He cleaned up after himself. From one day to the next, I did not even notice that he was there. It was just a wonderful experience. You really get a lot for your dollar.

He was very knowledgeable and had a portfolio of prior work that he had done. He knew what I wanted when I talked to him. He didn't require money upfront and he was here when he said that he was going to be here. It took 2 days to do the work. The price was 15-20 percent more than asphalt.
