Their service has been good to me. Their price has been good too. I can't really grade the price because that is the only place I usually go to. They respond the same day or the next day. I don't make an appointment, just drop the car off. I tell them, 'I will be back after you have finished. This is what is wrong.' I have two vehicles. When I think that there is something wrong with one, I just take it, I don't call to make an appointment. I give them the key, tell them what is wrong and ask them to keep it as long as they need to. I have another vehicle I can drive, I ask them to take their time and do it right. I call and tell them that I need a ride back home. If they are not on another run picking somebody up or dropping somebody home, I don't wait for more than 30-40 minutes. That is a good response time from where I live. It takes them time to come from Westgate to where I live.

Used them since they were the dealer where I bought my car. Am hoping to build a relationship with them over time, but so far they are not off to a great start. The service lead that I dealt with the rude and bored/uninterested in basic customer service. Could not care less whether I was a customer or not. Overall, seemed annoyed to have to and quot;dealand quot; with me. Had a similar experience with the service department soon after buying new car when they needed to add back the Mopar pedals which should have come delivered on car. For this visit, the service department ordered the splash guards and had them waiting for me. The ordering part went fine. But when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, the service department tech had no idea where the guards were and had to find them. Eventually the splash guards were installed. For one, the service department failed to show me the completed work until I paid them. And then I had to track down my car myself with no one from the service department with me which is contrary to their stated protocol of having someone review the work with you to make sure you are pleased. Secondly, I was not pleased with the work. The splash guards were installed with noticeable gaps between the guards and the side trim of the car. Given that the work took longer than planned, I could not wait around to track down the serivce tech (who was at lunch) to complain. Instead I went home with the hope that they gaps would close on their own. Mistake. After 5 minutes of research on the internet, I found that these gaps were a known issue with these splash guards and most installers know to supplement the stickey tape that comes with the guards with additional double sided tape. Appartently my installer either didn't know this tip or didn't care to take the time. For now, I am dealing with the gap until I can get to the store and get the tape myself. At this point, I am uncertain how to proceed with the dealer. They are the closet dealer in the area and I was planning on using them on all of my general services like oil, tire rotations, etc. But as of now, I am not happy with them.

Unfortunately while our house was being built we lived in an apartment for 3 months and while my jeep was parked in the parking lot in front of our building someone decided to steal my passenger side rear tire fender flare along with the inner lining. In doing so they also destroyed all of the plastic clips.
We were able to find a used flare but he had to get all of the plastic clips and rivets from the dealer. We ordered them from Westgate Jeep in Plainfield and also had them install the fender flare. Their installation was very reasonable only $50.00 BUT the OEM clips and rivets were $100.00. I thought that was very expensive for plastic.
Parts are high; as one would expect from a dealer but they are very respectful and professional.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car for me to drive to work. I informed my husband that I had narrowed my decision down to 3 different vehicles: Jeep Liberty, Ridgeline or Charger. He liked my selections, but we started talking about a style that we both seemed to like more, the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Once my husband and I started the process of test driving different vehicles, we began to get confused with all our options. We needed something for children, pets and still wanted something fun for us to enjoy together. Still concerned about budget we proceeded to the office to talk about our overall budget with Mike Phillips, our saleman. As soon as we reached the showroom, my eye was drawned to the showroom floor and the red colored jeep wrangler unlimited on display with leather interior, heated seats. My husband and I agreed and it was a waiting process on budget. Mike reassured us with a price we could deal with and the purchase was made. I couldn't be more happy with their help and friendly staff. They even went a step further and made a call for us to my insurance company to help give the new vin number for the transition process. Thank you!

They try to find the problem with the symptoms that you're describing. They typically identify it correctly and fix it. One time they had to fix an issue for the second time. They didn't give us any problem about that because they realized that it was something that they had overlooked; so they made good on the improvement. They know their vehicles really well and they know what to look for. They always give me an accurate estimate and they call if they see a difference in what they might have to do. They let you know ahead of time and just seem to be particularly good about that. They are very understandable to talk to about what you want or need.

When I took it back, they evaluated the situation and said there may be a leak in the hoses. They wanted to charge an additional $250 for parts and $500 for labor. I told them I agreed with paying for parts but not labor, as I thought the issue should have been addressed the first time. I think they were doing a best guess but did not actually know if this was the issue. They added coolant and the A/C worked again. I declined to have the additional work done. I won't return to this dealer again.
