Awesome! I love my new floor!

Very well. The work was done efficiently and within a reasonable cost. The big value was having a complete explanation of what was being done, what other jobs in the house could be done later or not at all, what to do with situations (siding, tile, etc.) that was not his specialty. He gave a very good reference for tile work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Andy was recommended by a friend who used to be in the remodeling business and told me that Andy was his best contractor - and we can see why. Andy helped us select and procure the perfect countertop within our budget, and met with us at a retail store to review options. The work done was of excellent quality, within the timeframe specified, and the final cost came in a bit under the estimate - always a plus!! Andy's communication was excellent and timely all the way through, and he really made it seemless for us - we confirmed what we wanted and he did all the rest from procurement to delivery to installation. He quickly established himself as a person of integrity, and we will call him first for any future applicable needs.

Andy and his team were great to work with. From the beginning Andy was patient and willing to work with us. His team cleaned up every day before they left, were always prompt and polite. The work was completed as scheduled even with changes which were made during the remodel. We would highly recommend Sage construction and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Glenn came out and looked to see what we needed done. He gave me an estimate of how long he thought the job would take and about how much money it would cost, which depended on the type of fan he found for us. He did all the legwork of finding the fan and then set up a time to install it. The time and money estimates were right on. When he was finished he cleaned everything up nicely.

Although we did not go forward with our home expansion project at this time, our experience with Andy was top notch. He obviously knows his business quite well, and his communication skills are excellent too. He took the time to answer our questions and even seemed to anticipate many of the questions we would have. Andy was extremely responsive - we NEVER had to worry about him turning around information in a timely fashion. This project was very extensive, and the lender required enormous amounts of paperwork in order to approve financing. Andy provided all the information required on a very tight turnaround schedule. He is courteous, humble, a great listener, and very attentive to details. He made us feel very comfortable trusting him with what amounts to a "makeover" of a big chunk of our home.

Kurt was prompt, professional, very friendly, and explained what he was doing and why. For instance, he wrapped electric tape around the switch box so it wouldn't be jostled if the switch was hit, and cause the switch to malfunction. He was very particular and careful, and I would not hesitate to call him again! He even pointed out that my railing was very loose and offered to fix it. He explained how to tighten the railing and I thanked him. He spoke very highly of Andy Peabody and said they work together often.

The service they provided me was excellent. The owner, Andy Peabody, listened to what I wanted and the ideas I had and never tried to dissuade me from what I wanted done. He was always willing to try new ideas. He made custom built-in cabinets that were beautiful; he utilized green materials as much as he could including building a concrete counter top. He was always punctual; and if I had questions, he was good at answering those questions. He was present every step of the way, and always knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend this company unreservedly to anyone and I would use him again in the future for other projects.

Andy did a great job! He came and replaced a toilet in our spare bathroom with a new power-flush model. In addition, he did some trouble-shooting on a ceiling fan in our master bath that stopped working. He determined that is the main switch went bad so he purchased and installed a new one which and it now works great. Two other electricians I had look at this problem could not solve the problem. I also had Andy install an extra wall jack in our garage for our freezer. His quote was right on the mark and he was very neat in clean. Andy had previously been involved with helping do a $40k multi-bathroom remodel project and we were so impressed with the quality of his work, and incredible integrity and work ethic, that he was the first person we called! The first thing you will notice about Andy is that he is not your typical "re-modeler". He is very well educated, professional, and committed to serving his customers beyond their expectations. He is also a pleasure to visit with!

The work went extremely well and was on schedule even though we made some modifications halfway through. Lots of little add-ons were not a problem and I was consulted each step of the way, especially with regard to the horse related aspects of construction. Everyone subcontracted (electric, well) was polite and timely. This was a very good experience.

Andy helped a great deal in coming up with ideas to upgrade the look of our house. We gave him general ideas and he came back with detailed sketches and recommendations that we loved. He has tremendous attention to detail. We are THRILLED with the quality of his work. Andy is a true professional and a sincere pleasure to have in your home while he works. He was so respectful that we hardly noticed him around, even when he was working under foot of my two small infants. We give Andy and Sage Construction our highest recommendation. There is nothing we would change about the experience. Others I know raved about his work and we certainly feel the same.

Sage completed the job over an 8 day period. They were very conscientious of our house. They laid drop clothes everywhere, swept and vacuumed everyday. The room looks fabulous. We were worried because the loft overlooked the great room, but you can't tell that it wasn't ever a room.
