Description of Work: We had to call them out nine months after they did a check up of the garage door and opener. Our door would not open. We had to pay for another service call and a part in the opener itself. We also went ahead and paid for new springs which I was told back in October we would need. I didn't want to have to call them six months later for that and pay another service call. They are very thorough, but not real happy about the price, but I honestly can't say I got any other pricing so it could be close to others.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door. We were happy with the product but not the service provider. However, after speaking to a representative at Precision they informed us that the individual who did the work at our home was no longer employed with them (this was soon after our door was installed). They also expressed condolences and offered to take care of any issues that may arise. With the situation being taken care of in that manner I do not wish to go into detail on the negative aspects of the job done. We would use Precision again since they were honest about the employee and were ready to accommodate any future issues. They do have great customer service, unfortunately we just experienced an employee who was not up to our expectations or Precision's.

Description of Work: They did service on my garage door and recommended and replaced my spring. had to come back when the garage door opener started to act up and needed adjusted and charged me for the service call even though I believe the adjustments needed done because of the service. Garage door is is still noisy so hard to say what they really did, except replace the spring which I think needed it but I think I should have gotten a second opinion.

Description of Work: Had the spring break on the garage door of a rental property while I was out of town. They worked with the renter to schedule and reviewed everything for me over the phone. Everything went smoothly.

Description of Work: Installed new garage door opener. Also had to replace a lot of hardware that had been installed, UNprofessionally, by previous owner. Showed me exactly what needed to be done and why, but wasn't pushy about repairs. Cost me a good deal more than expected but was well worth it.

Said my current door was still in good shape, but due to the weight of the door the hardware was wearing out (and even showed me where and explained why). Very pleased.

Description of Work: Fixed garage door. Within 15 minutes after my phone conversation he was at my door. All I had to do is hit the garage door and he knew immediately what the problem was. The door was in working order approximately 20 minutes later.

Description of Work: This is the second special offer in which I have participated, both of which cost over twice what the original offer stated. I realize that my house is old and needs attention, but I'm hesitant to take any more special offers because of the extra expense.
