I have to say that I had another company scheduled who could not come out for hours. I called these guys and BRYCE called me within ten minutes. He answered all of my questions and when I called three more times to ask more questions he answered those. I told him to give me a call when he was fifteen minutes out and he did, no "oh well your phone was busy" "I had the wrong number" like I was getting from the other companies. He brought another gentleman, and forgive me for not getting his name but they worked for an hour straight getting the line cleaned gave me a price that was 50 off a competitor and when I kept asking questions when they were there they didn't get frustrated with me. The best part is that the second small line was backing up and they helped me with that. Their pricing is fair, but the workmanship was amazing. If I could say one thing its that we have a property management company and we are transferring all of our plumbing to them. They were superb. I will only trust them to do our business as well as my personal home!

Great experience from start to finish. The Angie's list Big deal saved me money, the office staff got me scheduled quickly in a convenient time frame (only an hour window which makes planning much easier!), and the technician was great too. They were on time and professional and will definitely use them again in the future.

The gentlemen that arrived were punctual and professional and even explained to me what to buy to fix a leaky faucet myself since I did not want to pay to have them do it. The water heater flush had an immediate impact on the amount of hot water, though our water is so hard that it has built back up again. They were also helpful in explaining their water softener products to me even though we have not yet purchased one.

The experience was a good one. PHP came out to measure for the new furnace and the next week installed it. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I haven't had any problems and I would absolutely recommend Plumbing Heating Paramedics to friends and use them again.

I also had 3 other companies give me an estimate at no additional cost so the deal was not that great for me. The technician was fine and nice but we chose to go with someone else.

They come in time, and very professional. Get job done quickly.

We had them install a faucet. They were very good! We’ve had no issues since they came out to do the work. I’d use them again for faucet work. They were very cordial and answered our questions well.

The installation went very good! It’s an energy efficient shower head which helps with the water bill. There have been no issues since they did the install. We’d use them again and recommend them for shower heads.

I had a stuck toilet that wouldn?t flush. They had to come out twice to fix it, so I?m not sure if I?d use them again. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

He was nice and polite. He was on time and nice. The only problem I had was with the estimate, it was just too high.

Our Ac stopped blowing cold air and the line outside was iced up. We called and they sent Kyle out right away. He diagnosed the problem and cleaned out a valve, but the part that connected it to the unit was stripped out and wouldn't hold. He told us he would order the part and be back when it came in. It turns out it was a part that rarely needs replacing, and there wasn't a single one in the country. Trane had to order from their factory in Mexico, and it took nearly 3 weeks to get it. I had a bit of a melt-down as we headed into Memorial Day weekend with high temperatures forecast, and when Kerry realized that the AC wasn't working until the part was replaced, she and Ryan had someone bring us a portable unit. Kyle came back out with the new part on tuesday and got us back on line, and gave us a discount for our wait. It wasn't PCP's fault it took so long to get the part, but I appreciate them finding ways to make it all easier. we've always had good service from PHP.

The transactions was perfect from start to finish. They were punctual, polite and professional. They did everything they said they would do. I would have them back to my home in a New York minute!

I had purchased a Big Deal that was scheduled for this morning. The technician phoned ahead and apparently arrived on schedule. I was at home--car in the drive and back door standing open, but did not hear him at the door. He left. When I called the office to find out what happened and to reschedule, I was told that this company was extremely busy and couldn't wait. Again--I was at home with the back door open and my car in the driveway. I just felt that the tech didn't try very hard to be heard. . No apology was made by the office staff. Because I have worked in a retail field for 30 years, I have a high expectation for appropriate business etiquette and for attempt to provide purchased services. This was a disappointment, especially since the company has received so many positive reviews .

Service was prompt and the plumber was friendly. I was given a couple options on how to fix the issue, which was complicated due to the position and where the pipe was broken. They did a good job.

There were no troubles with scheduling and two technicians showed up for the work. They were professional and nice. They found that the sacrificial rod on the water heater was tightened so tightly, they were worried they would strip a nut on the top and they were unable to remove it. I was surprised that they were unable complete that job. In that failure, they found out that my water pressure was pretty high and that may have been part of the reason that my previous water heaters had blown up in the past. They suggested a device to set down the water pressure, but I have yet to purchase it. The installation of the toilet seat and drain was just fine. They cleaned up well after the jobs were complete. Overall, I was pleased with the Big Deal, price, and the work that was completed. I would hire them again.

Provider called ahead asking permission to arrive early, which is a huge plus. He was friendly and very professional. Immediately went outside, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and promptly left. The Big Deal saved me quite a bit of money as they have a $125 HVAC minimum service charge. Satisfied with their service.

They were on time and friendly with my dog and did the job super quickly. I have not had the vents re-inspected yet, but I"m sure they are up to code now.

Called the office after technician left; was advised I could schedule a cleaning appt in 3 days for $51. I guess after that they could schedule a repair... Called another Angie's List company who will provide service today.

My renters informed me that everything was done according to what was suppose to be done. They showed up on time and were conscientious.

We had an issue with the bathtub faucet. They sent out an apprentice and he could not fix that. I wished that they would have sent someone out that was capable of doing the job. Then we had to have one of their other plumbers come out. This was a 2 trip job and they did complete the job satisfactory the second time. We initially paid the service fee about $69.00 and then the 2nd time we had to pay about $150.00 for that service.

They just said something was caught in my old garbage disposal. They told me to put in some freshener. I was in the process of remodeling and wanted to make sure it was not in the whole system. They didn't have to repair anything. It was even worth the $29.99. I contacted him and told him the problem. It was a problem with smells coming up from the drain. I told him exactly what was wrong. They came out and said they couldn't fix it. He was polite. It was my fault; I thought I needed a plumber. He was specific and helped me.
