Description of Work: He came out to check my water softener and provide any necessary maintenance, as well as adding 2bags of salt pellets. He was very polite and tested my water for softness, which showed that my softener was indeed working. Then he checked the cold water in the kitchen to show me the difference. He answered all my questions very patiently and checked the softener to see that it was cycling properly. He also offered to return at any time to recheck the water if I thought there was a problem at no charge.
