Description of Work: The job was well done and the problem was fixed. However, the service person was couple hours late. I understand things happen but would appreciate a phone call to let me know they are running late--I have a schedule to keep also.

Description of Work: Purchased water softener service. Tech examined unit, found it not functioning properly but did not want to repair it. Wanted to sell me a new one instead. I declined. |I contacted Culligan and they sent a tech out to examine and he fixed it. This Culligan tech did also try to sell me a new unit. |I declined this upsell as well. |I have cleaned the resin bed twice after the Culligan tech repaired the unit and the softener is working fine now.

Description of Work: When Heating Paramedics came out they indicated we had cracks in our heat exchanger, gave me a quote on a new furnace. We have a maintenance contract on some of our household appliances, and I told the service man that we had to call the maintenance folks about the issue. When they sent someone out that service man indicated that there was no problem with the furnace, and I must admit I called Heating Paramedics and was not very nice, because it seemed to me that they just wanted to sell a furnace. Long story short we had to pay for another call for another service man to come out so we had a majority opinion. |We have been working with maintenance folks since December, 2013 and they have just recently sent another service company out and will replace the furnace due to the fact there are indeed issues with heat exchanger. |So, I must apologize to Heating Paramedics for all of my bad thoughts, and I would use them again because the owner was more than fair and willing to solve the problem if it had turned out there was no furnace issue. |The gentlemen that came out did show me the areas he said was a problem, so they didn't try to hide anything. Description of Work: They came out evaluated the situation and discussed options with me. I decided to go ahead and have the work done however they didn't have the correct part and had to schedule to come back once they obtained the part. They came back and repaired the faucet - no drip.

Description of Work: Furnace tune up. Used them before for a water heater flush.

Description of Work: They ended up giving me advice on what to do for a leak I was having in my ceiling. It turns out that the leak was from the tub. They suggested caulking and re-grouting the wall. This was not something they could do.
