Description of Work: I can't complain, but I wasn't over the roof happy either. I asked the gentlemen if everything was okay and he simply responded I wrote it on the paper work, which didn't say much. It said that I would receive filters and he said you have a washable filter so don't worry about it. I asked if it looked okay and he said yeah, I looked and found it and it was filthy. So I guess I got what I paid for.

Description of Work: I had a cast iron sewer drain that I knew was rusted through and needed replaced. First I asked that a camera be used to check the lines. They did this and found no problem. I viewed the camera inspection with them. They replaced the drain which was a time consuming job. They finished it well. I would use them again. This is a rather late report as the work was done in late 2013, and I do not recall the date.
