Description of Work: I signed up for their special price for the annual check up for my gas furnace. I ended up having them come out BEFORE my scheduled date because I could not get my furnace to work after we had an electrical outage of almost three hours. I was VERY impressed with this company's response. They were able to work me in the day I called and the tech that came out was great. Brian (I believe that was his name) was on time, very efficient and knowledgable, and really nice. I like the little thoughtful touch they do of putting cloth booties over their shoes when they come into your home to avoid tracking dirt onto your floors. Did I mention how really affordable their prices are? Excellent customer service oriented company that I will use again and would recommend to anyone!

Description of Work: I bought a special deal through Angie's list for a plumbing inspection and toilet repair. The provider arrived exactly on time. He was knowlegable, helpful, professional and friendly. He repaired my master bathroom toilet that was running continuously and replaced a part that was included in the offer. He also checked my other bathrooms and checked to see if my water softener as working. I asked him for an estimate of a project involving moving water heater and softener and he gave me the estimate before leaving. I highly recommend this provider and will not hesitate to call them in the futrue.

Description of Work: On the first visit the repairman checked our water quality and verified that we would need to continue to break up the salt bridge in the softener and that the softener may not continue to work. About two weeks after the first visit we called the company and asked if the same man could return.The softener had "died" and he gave us guidance about solutions. So. Yes, we did use this provider again.

Description of Work: Our water softener needed replacing. I called several places for estimates, one of which would not send anyone due to the brand of our existing equipment. The "Paramedics" came out on a Thursday to do the estimate and returned the next Weds. to install the new one. I bought a "Big Deal" on Angie's List for $799 which included installation of the new softener and removal/recycling of the old one, but then upgraded to a slightly more expensive model. They were punctual, in uniform, worked quietly and efficiently, walked me through the function of the new softener, and gave me advice on the type of salt to use. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: This was one of the Angie's List Specials. They checked our sump pump to see if it was working properly and installed a new check valve. They were prompt, professional and on time and we would use them again.

I assume he would have mentioned it if something was wrong. | |I had a specific issue with my water quality. The solution suggested was a new water softener. I got a second opinion, and was told the same solution, so I believe their assessment to be correct. I checked prices of similar models of the new softener at a couple other places and PHP's estimate was the highest price of the three. I'm saving $300 elsewhere. | |All in all, I appreciate the service and addressing my issue.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for annual furnace cleaning. The technician, Willy, was very professional, friendly and thorough in explaining everything to me. I was not pressured to purchase additional services as I have been with other companies. I appreciated this. I will contact this company again for future HVAC or plumbing needs.
