Description of Work: The plumber was great and provided the service, however we had to pay an additional charge of $225 on top of $89 that was quoted on the big deal. We felt that the big deal held no value. Because the total cost of the service with the big deal was over $300 and if we knew that upfront, we would have shopped around.

Description of Work: They installed a new water heater. They had it hooked up pretty quickly, and almost all seems to be good with it. I did have a follow-up issue (water pressure lower in kitchen sink once water was turned back on). Might or might not have been associated with the water heater work, but they did charge me a full price service call to come back and look at it.
