Thanks for taking the time to write this review. As the owner of PHP I take great pride in what we do. My tech had reason to believe that your heat exchanger had an issue, so we have an obligation to completely pull the heat exchanger to check it out for safety reasons. We did in fact pull it and found multiple cracks and showed you. We brought this to your attention, and condemned your furnace. We also had you sign a sheet explaining this. We also took pictures of these cracks for our records, but more importantly I am concerned that you are not dealing with this situation. I would highly recommend that you have another company come out for a second opinion because this is very important. A lot of companies use this as a scare tactic, but I assure you this furnace needs to be addressed by someone. My tech called me from the house because he wanted me to personally come out to provide options for you, but you insisted he put it back together because you only hired us to clean it.
