Oerall Poorly
Description of Work: The plumbers were really nice, but not able to fix our plumbing problems and misdiagnosed the condition. They thought the pipes needed replacing. They charged for the service, even without being able to alleviate the problem. The next day we called a different company, they offered no charge if they were unsuccessful with addressing the issue, they were successful and the pipes are ok, just a muck clog.

Very well. Only took a few hours
Description of Work: Hot water heater went out. Called late Thursday morning and Matt came out that afternoon, and after checking everything, he said I needed a new water heater. He was able to come back on Friday to install a new one. My daughter was coming from out of town Friday evening, so was thankful I was able to get the new water heater installed so quickly.
