They offered some specials through Angie's List. I spent $1350 with the Angie's List discount. They came out on a weekend. They came out and finished the job that somebody else had started but had not finished. So, it was an emergency for us as we had no water. We called them and they were here within one hour. They came out on a weekend but they did not charge me anything extra. The guy was spectacular. He knew as to what he was doing and it showed after having somebody that did not know as to what they were doing. They looked very professional. They came out in their uniforms. My husband and I had some health problems and so, our neighbors came running over as they thought that it was the paramedics in our driveway as they looked so professional. They thought that there was something wrong as it was like an ambulance. I would absolutely use them again in the future. We had a home warranty service and they sent out an old guy who had been doing this for ever. He left the house with two workers just wandering around in my basement. He left the house without telling us or them about where he was going, when he would be back or why he was leaving. My husband questioned him about it when he came back and he just laughed at my husband. He then walked away. My husband asked him to wait and that he was not done yet. He just laughed and said that he had work to do. At that point, my husband did not allow him in the house. It cost us as it was through our warranty service and instead of paying $50, we spent $1350. The price was a little high. The person that they sent out cost me a fortune. I still have to pay an additional $55 to this other guy as they have sent me a bill and it will affect my home warranty service if I don't pay. I found out that these guys don't get paid and they get paid hardly anything for their work. So, they don't really care that much as they get paid $200 or so.

He did a fine job about draining the water heater, but I didn’t feel he was thorough. I have a tap that was leaking in the kitchen, but he didn’t check that. I expected him to check the same, but till d end he didn’t. I will not use his services in future.

I’m not really sure how I feel about them. The person who came out was very nice; he was nice to work with, very polite, and not pushy. I don’t really know what he did because I didn’t go around and watch him, but he told me everything was fine. I asked him about a water system and somehow it came up that he represented a water system group. He did not push it, but I had a feeling that having someone come check your plumbing might be an entre to have someone promote this program, but we might be interested in it. I just don’t know if we really needed him to check our plumbing, but I can’t say anything negative about him.

We hired Paramedics to do an inspection on the plumbing of our 1960 home using the Angie’s List Big Deal. A gentleman arrived on time and was very profession, polite, and chatty. At the end of the inspection, they offered to do an annual inspection of the plumbing at no cost to us. We were very satisfy with the service we received.

They did a great and fantastic job. I used them for the first time because of the Angie’s List deal. They were on time and were very polite. They explained everything to me. He drained the water heater which I thought was great. They just did a very nice job. They did what they said they were going to do and did it on time.

They came at the earliest and advised there is no problem as such. They were good and hassle free. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

. They were prompt and the follow up appointment was also on time. They were very professional and thorough. I told them that I was worried about my sump pump especially since I was not here to check it. He not only checked the sump pump connector but crawled face down and checked all my water connectors underneath the house. I had service maintenance for $59 for a year and they have already set up the appointment to come back in two months and do the next check up for the hot water heater. They do it three times a year. I had the water softener replaced for $1100. They said they would be checking on the sump pumps but that did not stop him from checking all the faucets in the house, every toilet in the house, and every connection. That was pretty thorough for a plumber. They are very businesslike and they know their stuff well. I give them a very high recommendation. I can’t think of anything that they could have done better. The price was fantastic. Maintenance is what they offered as the Big Deal and I checked online for the salt less water softener and it comes right in line with the price I paid . The good thing is that he did not try to sell it either. He just said that the softener is not working anymore. I told him that we have hard water and that is why I needed to replace the water heater. He informed me that the salts have been to such an extent that the orange light was glowing or whatever. Then he advised me about a softener that uses electricity and not salts. I thought that was a great idea so I was the one who asked about this softener. He was not doing any hard selling. He was not pushy, not over bearing because I don’t like service providers trying to push a product on you. The water softener had not totally stopped working but it was not working very well. I was always worried about the lime build up. I live right near a stone quarry so I know that we have an awful lot of lime. What he said about the salt less saltwater softener is true. I used to send the water through the water dispenser in my refrigerator;and that used to leave lime built up on the dispenser part and on the tap underneath. It looks like white dust. I don’t have it anymore. So I know that this softener is much better. He was very thorough about it and I am very quick in making up my mind when I want to do something. He even said that I can take time to make up my mind. He even let me go look it upon on the internet. He is very clean. He covers his shoes; he puts on an overall so that he does not dirty the house. It is very nice and he cleans up after himself. He did the sump pump last because he knew he had to crawl underneath. It was one of those hot days. We went through a heating spell where 29 days were 90 degrees and it was horribly hot days and he actually crawled under the house. It might have been cooler underneath there than here but I felt terrible about it. He did a good job and I definitely recommend him. I actually found him on Angies List. I am big on doing things before it breaks. I have recommended him to my neighbours but they could not get the Big Deal but I was telling them of the service. They have this cute way of coming. Their truck looks like a paramedic ambulance. One my neighbour’s called enquiring if I was okay because they saw the ambulance in front of the house. It then dawned on me whom they thought they saw. I then explained to them. It was a good service and he was really good. I cannot get over the fact that he was so nice and so positive about things.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a whole house plumbing inspection. This was absolutely worth more than the $51.00 paid. I hadn't called to schedule the service and Plumbing Heating Paramedics took the initiative to contact me to schedule the service. The technician/plumber (Bryce) called approx. 10 minutes before our 2 hour (10-2) window to let me know he would arrive around 10:00. He arrived on time and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took time and listened to my questions and concerns and provided good feedback and information. At my request, he provided me information and pricing on a backup sump pump as well as a couple of options for a water softener system. The estimate on the one repair I needed seemed high to me. My kitchen faucet needed repaired because of a constant drip and the estimate was just under $297.00. I chose not to have it repaired because I felt that i could replace it with a new one for the same amount or less. (I do not have any additional estimates at this time to compare this the pricing.)

They did a marvelous job on our Big Deal. They did such a good job when something different broke we called them back and they came out right away and fixed it.

The service was great. Bryce was very professional, friendly and no pressure to buy which I was MOST happy about. There is nothing worse that calling out for service only to feel pressured that your house is falling apart unless you buy XYZ...so a big shout out to Bryce. The inspection was thorough and he answered all my questions and made recommendations. Per my request, he did not drain my 28 year old water heater but did fix my water pressure situation in the kitchen. Great service, especially since they also offer to come out and give you a FREE plumbing inspection once a year and 2 FREE HVAC inspections 2x per year.

Really well! Bryce was a very polite and professional worker. Explained in understandable terms what he did and what he found. Made me aware of some problems that may present themselves in the future without making me feel like I had to spend lots of money right away. I also signed up for their FREE inspection for heating/air, and plumbing 3 times per year. Really seems like an incredible company!

I noticed that my Water heater was leaking yesterday morning. I searched Angie's List to find someone to take a look at it. I decided to give Ryan a call first to get an estimate. I called and left Ryan a message on Sunday afternoon and asked for a call back. Ryan called me back 30 minutes later and I explained my problem. They carry the brand of water heater that I have and he informed me that it has a 6 year warranty and they would be able to replace the Water Heater at no charge, except for installation. He didn't have the 40 gallon tank on hand, but told me he wanted to get my hot water running the same day. He called the supplier and they told him they could get him one the same day, but they would charge him to deliver it. He called me back and explained that it would cost us the additional money to get it installed today due to the charge from the supplier. I told him I was fine roughing it for an evening and we scheduled the installation for today. The technician came this afternoon to start removing the old water heater and Ryan came with the new Water Heater. I wasn't home, but Ryan went out of his way to introduce himself to my wife and they took care of the installation. Ryan and the technician were both professional and on time. I look forward to using Ryan for all my HVAC and plumbing needs going forward. We couldn't be happier with them.

Bryce Garrett came to do the work. He was honest, professional, and was on time, even called ahead to say when he'd be here. He did the work thoroughly and even tested the water in the kitchen faucet for the salt content. This was part of the Angie's List Big Deal which is why I contacted them. They will even come out twice a year to do a check on the plumbing and heating equipment at NO CHARGE. I would definitely call them if I have plumbing or heating and air needs. For a repair, it was explained to me that the service call charge would be subtracted from any work that needed to be performed. Seems like customers come first at this company.

Checked all faucets and pipes under sinks, main shut off valve, dye in toilets to check for leaks, drained hot water heater. Very professional. Gave me estimates for possible future work. Our house is over 60 years old so getting this done as a $99.00 Big Deal gave me peace of mind. Future checks for plumbing as well as AC and furnace will be scheduled with them.

I was selling my house and Ryan and his colleague came out to assess a plumbing issue and give me quotes for 2 new furnaces. Prices were reasonable and no complaints.

Their price was very competitive. It was probably $1,000.00 cheaper compared to bids we received from other companies. The product is great, and I was very happy with their service.

I have been very pleased with their service. They are extremely thorough; more so than any other company I’ve dealt with.

I had an EasyWater system installed a few years ago and recently noticed that my hot water was not running as full as it should be. By coincidence I received a flier in the mail from Plumbing Heating Paramedics noting that they installed EasyWater systems. Ryan, the owner, came by my house a few days ago to look at the problem. He noticed right away the the EasyWater system was not functioning. The older models had a defective part that caused them to stop working. He said that my system was under warranty and he would send Bryce out to replace the system and would also perform the free whole house plumbing inspection. When Ryan inspected my water heater he noticed that it was leaking and said that it would need to be repaired soon. I asked if the repair could be done on this visit and he was able to make the repair. I have been looking for a company that I can rely on and I believe I have found that with Plumbing Heating Paramedics. They are extremely professional and very easy to work with.

We had Plumbing Heating Paramedics out for a route clean and check of our furnace and a/c unit. While at our home the technician discovered that our air filter was not the right size for the system. He recommended building a 1" spacer in our duct work to make the standard size filter that I had been buying work. This saved us from having to special order air filters that were "off the chart" expensive. Since then, my wife and I have noticed less dust in our home given that our filter is catching 100% of the air passing through the duct work. The technician as knowledgable, friendly, and great with my little kids. I also signed up for their free EMS service plan that was free. Most companies charge $100 a year for this, but with these guys its free. Can't beat that.

I've been a homeowner for nearly 20 years, so I've used many plumbing/HVAC companies along the way, from the big names to the smaller ones. I have to say that by far, this company is hands down the best one we've ever had in our home. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, professional, clean, and very reasonably priced, but they also provide free annual service agreements. I love the fact that we no longer have to spend an extra $100 a year just to get discounted pricing. They told me every customer is preferred, and receives preferred pricing. I love that. They didn't try to come in an sell us anything like every other company we've had in our home. How refreshing! Now, we are on their FREE EMS program, and receive more whole house inspections at no cost every year than I can write in this report. All I can say is, wow! It's taken almost 20 years to find a plumbing and HVAC company that we really like and trust. I highly recommend PHP, and I especially love giving a locally owned company an A+!
