Plumbing Heating Paramedics

The technician was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He respected our house by wearing paper footies. This is the second year that I've used this company. Our furnace and a/c has operated better than ever. I again purchased the service contract that includes the spring and fall services. I would highly recommend them.

They are no different from other companies that give free inspection. There is always going to be wrong in the thing they are inspecting. There is no problem with regards to their professionalism. They are coming out again since I signed a contract but after that, I do not plan on using them again.

In both cases, the individuals who performed the work were timely, efficient, professional, courteous and ethical. Diagnosis of the problem was thorough and the suggested remedy was performed immediately and quoted accurately.

They were very good. They fixed it. No problems since the repair. Things seem to be going well.

They were right on time for the appointment. I thought they were very thorough, they came prepared to do the job, they didn't have to run out and get other supplies.

they canceled first appointment. Late on second appointment. They were highly over priced for the 45 min. it took to complete job.

The technician and nice, clean and prompt. I bought the deal so the house call was only $30 but I sometimes wonder if they increase the repair price knowing the house call was less. It was $150 to replace this little piece of pipe. Seemed a little pricey.

We called this company based on a recommendation and coupon from Angie'slist. The only thing that was positive about the experience was that he showed up on time. Our repair guy, Donny,seemed like it was his first day on the job. We were having issues with our hot water pressure after looking at our pipes and talking to his boss via phone several times he determined that the entire pipe system needed tone replaced to the tune of $2200. Saying our pipes were old and corroded so the water couldn't get thru. He was very unsure of himself and Didn't seem to know what he was doing continuing to call back to the office repeatedly and asking his boss. He then charged us$237, for his "evaluation" of our problem. He actually left the water pressure worse than when he started! I instructed him to call me back with the answers to questions he didn't know, and in the meantime I got a second opinion. I call Rotto-Rooter, who came on Saturday evening and fixed the entire problem for $250 after a FREE evaluation! Which was not the problem Donny identified, but another simple issue all together. All in all a horrible experience. This company has a gold seal postitive rating from Angie's list, it needs to be revoked! Avoid PH Paramedics if you can! UPDATE 7-15-12 Well after posting this review we were contacted by the company who apologized for the problems we had a refunded our money. So thanks to PH Paramedics for promptly correcting the problem.

It went great!! This company is a definite A+.They were very professional, courteous, prompt and pleasant. We had a young man by the name of Brice and he was excellent! He always did above and beyond what he needed to do and was very helpful with ourquestions. We needed 3 visits and we asked for Brice each time. He had to go under our house in our crawl space in 90+ degree weather and was there in total about 1 1/2 hours. This company deserves tremendous kudos for their helpful and splendid work.

He came in and fixed both toilets. Checked my water heater and we talked about putting in a new one. Also sold me a service contract to check my heat and air conditioners.

We have been overjoyed at the job performed by Ryan and his crew. They have very good prices, exceptional customer service and outstanding workmanship. After getting 3 estimates in November 2011 for a water heater after ours failed, we chose PHP to do the work. They were able to install the water heater the very next day, as well as do a couple other plumbing jobs for us ( moved and connected a gas line to a room that would eventually become our new laundry area, and relocated our water softener) for $4000.00.2 days later the water heater in our son's home failed and we didn't hesitate to contact PHP. They were able to deliver a new water heater to his home that very day.In February 2012 when our 17 year old furnace was giving all signs of failing, we didn't even bother with estimates but went straight to Ryan and PHP. They came out that day, told us what they could do for us, and arranged for installation the very next day. We trusted their workmanship so much that we went forward at that time with having a new A/C unit installed as well. Including the big air filter the total came to $5378.72, which was about the same money we had spent back in 1993. The weather was unseasonably warm, so PHP came back out in May to be sure our air conditioner was functioning properly. I can't recommend them enough. You will enjoy giving your business to PHP.

I used them with the big deal and they were fine. I would recommend them to others. I would probably not use them again because they do not have 24 hour emergency service. That is the only reason. So when our air conditioning went out a few weeks ago I couldn't call them because they don't have the 24 hour emergency service.

They were very professional, honest, and thorough. I was very pleased with them. They went above and beyond and they were very helpful.

I called and asked if they'll install a back up water pump for us if we provided them one. I got quote over the phone and everything went smoothly there after. Thanks

On the hottest day in 25 years, our air conditioner decided to quit working. I called Ryan at 5:10. He had his technician at my house within an hour and a half. Ron replaced the capacitor and got our air conditioner working. He didn't charge us after hours rates either! This is an A+ company and I recommend them to anyone that I know who needs air conditioning and plumbing service. This is the 3rd time we have used them and every time they did exactly what they said they would and follow up afterward to confirm that everything was done how we expected. Thanks again Ryan!

Tech was timely and very nice. Very professional.

The company was very accommodating to set up their service call around my schedule. On the day of the appointment, Bryce called to say he was done with the previous job and could stop by my home earlier than originally scheduled. That worked well for my family. He looked over the jobs I needed done and gave me several options. Replacing the outside spigot on our old home meant the possibility of needing access to the water line in our basement which is my husband's studio. Bryce was very conscientious and kept his presence in the studio to a minimum while doing an excellent job replacing the broken spigot. He then cleaned out the shower drain. I was impressed with his desire to keep everything clean. He was friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. I was also happy that I could use a discount coupon the company offered in Angie's List monthly mailing. I think I've found my new plumber - we will definitely call them the next time we need help!

The serviceman was professional and kind, but something didn't sit right and we didn't feel confident of his diagnosis of our plumbing problem. We just couldn't put our finger on what didn't sit right. With a straightforward problem, I would consider calling them again.

I had a coupon good for 1 hours worth of plumbing (49?). I bought the part. They installed it in a more accessible area. The work included replacing copper pipe and sweating joints. Did it in the time alotted. Paid $13.50 for parts (tubing etc). Great job.

They did a really good job. They do more than they were asked to do. They always do something extra. The price was a little expensive. I got a big deal, which saved me $100. They are good and reliable plumbing and heating company. I have had them do several things for me in the past. They are not cheap.

I purchased the deal. They were very responsive and punctual. I was told my leak could not be repaired and I would either need to replace the pipes going into the water softener or replace the water softener.

Everything went as smoothly as you would expect from a high quality service like PHP

My bathroom faucet would not get much flow on the hot water side and had been that way for a long time and my bathtub was draining slow. They showed up when they said they would, called me first so I could leave the office to meet them, and were done with the job very quickly. It was a good experience and I would not hesitate to hire them again!

They changed it and did not charge for a little extra time. They were very conscientous of keeping the house look clean. They were also very courteous.
