Description of Work: When backing out of my garage, I backed into the garage door as it had started to close. I popped the rollers out of the tracts but managed to get out them back in. I called and they came the next day after I got off work. He was able to fix the tracts and get the door moving smoothly. I asked how much and he said nothing; he didn't do much. I couldn't talk him into letting me pay. He's a very pleasant person who takes the time to answer your questions. Paramount Garage Doors was the company that replaced my broken motor and I would call them again if I need anything.

Description of Work: TJ came out and fixed a short in our garage door opener at no charge. He had installed a new sensor to our existing equipment when we moved in last year. This fix was not for anything he had done, but from our existing equipment. He still did not charge us anything. He has always been very professional, friendly, and on time. Highly recommend him for any garage door issues.

Description of Work: They did a great job replacing the rollers, which were much quieter to match the quiet belt drive opener we had at the time. They did a full inspection and notified us of a safety mechanism that was not working properly at the time and advised how to replace the part myself so I could save money. Great job.
