Description of Work: Paramount came out quickly and reattached a bracket that had started to come out of the wall (a screw/bolt had ripped out of the wall already). The entire process was quick, communication was excellent, and the job was done very well. The price was right on part with what I would've expected for a fairly simple (for a professional) fix.

Description of Work: Oiled and serviced both garage doors plus changed out the door springs and rollers. Went very well and now the garage door opens very quietly.

In addition to purchasing the big deal, I asked to have a keyless entry installed to replace an old one. He was very thorough and he made sure I was happy with his service. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: My garage door tune up went very well. They replaced the rollers and greased everything up. No more squealing garage door just smooth operation.

Description of Work: TJ arrived on time and with a smile. He diagnosed my garage door problem and determined the operational issue could be repaired. The gear repair cost was $145, which was less then other quotes I had received. The mother board was already fried (which meant the remotes no longer worked), which was a separate issue from the gear assembly. So I decided to get a new garage door opener. Oh, the previous one was over 25 years old. | |In mid February, on a Saturday, I was leaving the house and after going up, the garage door would not go down. It kept going down 1/4 way and the light was blinking. I called TJ at Paramount and got his answering machine. I left a message. I tried for a couple of minutes to see if the door would go down, but it did not. TJ CALLED ME BACK WITHIN 2-3 MINUTES, of my calling him. He correctly diagnosed that there was a "sensor issue" and offered up some solutions. | |Well turns out there was a piece of cardboard blocking the sensor and thus keeping the door from closing! But, I was really impressed by that call back on a Saturday afternoon! Thank you TJ!!

Description of Work: I purchased a Deal for garage door reconditioning plus roller replacement. They worked on my garage door.

Description of Work: I called TJ first thing in the morning about a broken spring and indicated to him that my truck was trapped in the garage and I couldnt get to work. He was able to fit me in his schedule by 1 PM and had the work completed by 2 PM. TJ did an awesome job and was great to work with. Great communication and very professional. A++

Description of Work: TJ came out within a couple of hours of me calling to replace a broken spring on my garage door. He had everything fixed and working very quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also put a couple of bolts in the door to fix part of it that was starting to separate without me even having to ask and at no charge. I would definitely recommend him and will call him when I have another opener put in for my 3rd bay.

Description of Work: I purchased a Deal for a garage door quieting and reconditioning package including materials. It was a coupon to inspect the roller. They lubricated and checked all the parts.

Description of Work: My garage door opener of 18 years finally bit the dust. Gears were stripped and so when I called Paramount and talked with TJ he explained what was probably wrong and that because of the age of the opener that it would need replaced. Did have to schedule the appointment a few days out, but he arrived on time, very pleasant and professional. Checked the opener, confirmed what he suspected was wrong and I agreed on the replacement. Unit works great, had the added outside pad installed (will be nice when working outside and keeping door down for safety), much better lighting than I had before and a much tighter seal when the door in down. He explained the use of the unit and the remotes and outside pad. Very pleased with service and equipment.

Description of Work: He replaced my garage door. He came out within a few days and gave me a quote. He ordered the door and told me how long it would take and came out the week the door arrived. He was very friendly and did good work and I would recommend him to others needing a new door.
