T.J. was quick to respond to our request for service. He called to follow up on appointment time. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Excellent communication and very professional.

TJ Nolen was very professional and congenial. He called ahead the evening before and 15 minutes before arriving. Gave full and helpful explanations of what was needed. Encouraged me to only get urgent repairs made. Very helpful.

We originally had TJ out to do some repairs on our door. He called the day before to confirm our appointment and called when he was on his way - very rare anymore. In the end we decided to buy a new door, which he never pushed us to do. He was flexible with our schedules. When he insalled our new door, he noticed some small scratches that we would never had noticed but that would have resulted in rust over time. He called the manufacturere and will be replacing the scratched panel. We found him to be very honest, hard working and professional. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I took advantage of the coupon offer for service of my garage doors. TJ performed the service the day after I called him to schedule it. He did a very thorough job and gave me some good practical advice about what I could do periodically to minimize the need to have a professional service the doors. I highly recommend Paramount and TJ.

TJ Nolen did an excellent job and explained work. He tried to help with replacement of old remotes (he had other old ones) but did not work with ours. I didn't want to proceed with with new replacements.

I called and was able to schedule an appointment that same week. When I arrived home just prior to the scheduled appointment time, I found TJ Nolen already there. He told me that he had arrived early, and while he waited for me, he had assembled the garage door opener so that it was ready to install. As a result, it took him less than an hour to remove the old garage door opener and to install the new opener and a key pad -- a bonus for me, since I didn't have one previously. TJ was very professional. He cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job. He even programmed the garage door opener in my car. I would highly recommend Paramount Garage Doors to everyone, and would not hesitate using them again.

This was a special offer....the price should have been $90. T.J. Nolan has worked for another overhead door company for several years and recently started his own. He couldn't be nicer to deal with. My double-car garage door has been squeaking and binding ever since I moved here about 2 years ago. Since it has continued to raise and lower I have put off doing anything about it. What a differance. Mr. Nolan adjusted the springs and re-aligned the door & rollers, then lubricated and cleaned all the hinges. It's like new. He also called the day before, and the day of our appointment to make sure it was still convenient. Even the full price would have been fair.

TJ was very professional and responsive to my call for assistance using the Anglie's List "Big Deal." He was on time and knew exactly how to correct my problem. I haven't had any problems with the doors closing since his adjustments.

We called Paramount Garage Doors to come out to our house for an estimate. TJ stopped by at 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. Even though he had been working all day, he was patient in answering questions and explaining the new garage door features. TJ is extremely easy going and nice to deal with. He gave us a great price quote and we agreed to have him install the new door and hardware. On the day of the installation, he called ahead to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time for the appointment. TJ installed the door and cleaned up everything, in about 2 hours. When he was finished with the installation, he went over the door with me and made sure any questions were answered. The door looks fantastic and adds to the appearance of our home. This is an honest company that prides themselves on customer service and does first rate work. Call this company for all of your garage door needs, and have no worries. We are glad we did and will again for any future needs!

A few years ago we had the original garage door replaced. The installer left a huge mess in my garage and driveway (scraps, screws, etc.) Within days of the installation the door would not work and another person had to come out and service it. Working with this company was so unpleasant that I never called them again. My garage door made lots of noise, sometimes returned to the top for no apparent reason, and one of the wheels would not stay in the track. When I saw the Angie's List Big Deal I took the opportunity to have another company service the door. I got a really great Big Deal and a new company to call when I have trouble with my garage door. TJ from Paramount gave my door a thorough check up and made several recommendations. He took the time to partially reinstall the track and get all the wheels back into it. I paid an extra $50. for this extra service. When he left, my garage door was functioning quietly, smoothly, and more safely. Everything had been checked over and lubricated - and no mess was left behind.

Excellent! TJ called to confirm appointment, arrived on time. Reviewed some details with me & pointed out certain things I should watch going forward. When he was done TJ explained each area he checked, issues found & how they were repaired. I felt the cost was fair. TJ was prompt, knowledgeable & very pleasant to deal with. I plan to call him for future garage door maintenance and/or eventual replacement. Referred someone else to Paramount.

T.J. called me before he arrived for his 8 a.m. appointment; and he was early, which was great! I initially was in contact with T.J. because the remote control device for my 1980s something garage door unit failed to work, and I called requesting information for replacement. T.J. informed me that replacement of the actual operator would make more sense in the log run as it is almost 20 years old. That cost would have been around $70-$80. He mentioned a great option for the long haul would be to get a new operating unit, which would come with 2 remotes, as well as last me for years to come. I thought that would be the best option, and he was very informative and not 'salesy' with the information he gave. He installed the new unit in less than an hour, and gave me a info session on how to use my keypad, and program it -- very appreciative of this. I am going to recommend T.J and Paramount to my friends and family, as it is great to see local companies here in Indianapolis doing great work. I will see you again T.J.!

We lost the only remote to our ancient garage door openers and didn't want to buy new openers at this time. TJ from Paramount came out within a day to get us fixed up. He programmed two new remotes and while he was out he inspected our doors and lubricated the rollers and hinges.

The installer was on time, very professional and very informative.
