Everything went terrific.........wish all vendors that homeowners needed to deal with were as honest and helpful Installation was done on date as promised, cleaned up, hauled all the old stuff away

TJ came and looked at the door and stated that the services that were covered by the Big deal coupon would not be sufficient to take care of the problems that needed to be fixed, so he did not charge me at all. he pointed out a number of safety hazards and also provided me with an extra door opener at no cost. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism. I would definitely use him again.

Stellar service with a smile! This has to be the best company that has EVER done work for me. T.J. is the owner/operator of Paramount Garage Doors. He was timely and pleasant and started work right away. He inpected and balanced the door and replaced the rollers and made sure the motor was in working order. The garage door is now quiet and smooth...better than it has ever been!!! Wow! If all companies had this ethic, we'd all be happy to hire out work to improve our homes as often as we could. Hire T.J. just to see how great a competent workman can be and get a better functioning garage door out of it too.

TJ was just the GREATEST! He came out for the $99 special and boy does our garage door sound different! It NEVER sounded this good. He explained that it hadn't been installed correctly and that one of the gears was wearing unevenly (a piece had broken off) and I scheduled him to come out and repair it the next week. Wonderful experience all around. I HIGHLY recommend him.

We took advantage of the special offer and were very pleased with the work and the person doing the work. What a great way to get things done at a fraction of the cost.

We had him come originally for the $99 special from Angie's list. He did this job so well, on time, and just a nice person, that we also needed the seals replaced around the door and decided he was the one to do it. He quoted us a price and called back with a time that he could do it. Very punctual and even kept in touch to see if he could come sooner.

TJ arrived right on time after calling to confirm our appointment. He quickly pointed out what needed repaired and also showed me options for replacing my door with an insulated one (which was VERY reasonably priced). I opted for the repair at that time but the new door is definitely on my to-do list. He performed all the necessary repairs and was very polite, clean, and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

They were really good. He doesn't even have a service charge. He was thorough and made sure everything was done right.

TJ called prior to arriving and was there exactly on time. He was very friendly and went right to work while giving me recommendations on future work. He was done in no time and cleaned up like he was never there. He mentioned that my door was in good shape and that it did not really need anything. The door was over 12 years old and I like preventative maintenance. The gentleman that came out was very honest and said that my garage door was in good shape and nothing needed to be done. He advised me to ask for a refund which I did. I appreciated his honesty.

I was introduced to Paramount Garage Doors when Angie's List ran a special for their company to come out and put on new rollers, inspect and lubricate the existing hardware. I purchased the Angie's Deal of the Day and called. TJ was very polite and we set up a date for the repairs. Before the date when TJ was to come out, I had a death in the family and had to cancel and reschedule. I received a very nice response from TJ expressing his sympathy and advising me to take care of family issues first and we could always reschedule. We did reschedule and when TJ came out he was early for the 8:30 a.m. appointment and was very professional in his actions and dress. During the installation I noted to TJ that I had purchased a new seal for the bottom of the door, and he advised me that I had the incorrect part. I asked it he had the part, he did but not the length that I needed. I also asked about sealing the sides of the door on the outside, and he quoted me a price. I was so impressed with TJ, that I asked him to schedule me again to put on the additional parts. I paid TJ cash in full for the current and second appointment. TJ went the extra step and programed the garage door opener that comes installed from the factory on the visor of my vehicle. Before TJ left, he cleaned up everything and left my garage in excellent condition. Do not look any further for any service that you need regarding garage doors. A fine upstanding hard working man that is running a small business. Support small business owners, and you will receive personalized care. During TJ's visit my next door neighbor needed to get his garage door opener installed as well and I had TJ talk with him. I will make sure I give out Paramount's telephone number to anyone who is requiring excellent workmanship on their garage door.

TJ was excellent. Called prior to showing and went to work immediately after arriving and exchanging pleasantries. He replaced the metal rollers with nylon rollers, greased track and adjusted chain and door. Excellent work and finished in about 40 minutes. Highly recommend for future work and I will call him back as needed.

This was a simple job with out complications. It went very well from start to finish.

I called them on friday June 17 2011 and they answered right away, and made an appt to come out on Monday June 20 2011 at 2pm. They were running a head of scedule so TJ called and asked if he could come an hour early and I agreed and he came out on time. TJ explained everything that he was going to do and offered a few suggestions and was very kind and knowledgeable. Everything went very well and we are very pleased!

Called for Service on a Sunday evening and got a call right back From TJ. I scheduled a service call for Monday afternoon. The service rep made a complete inspection of the garage door and added a lock for security while we waited for the part to be installed. service rep returned on Wednesday installed parts. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT COMMUNICATION, QUALITY WORK AND EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE SERVICE.

I am trying to build a list of vendors for my wife to use when I am gone. These are mostly things that I used to perform myself , but due to physical limitation I can no longer do. Paramount is now on her vendors list of people to call with convidence should she have a garage door problem. They gave us a clean bill of health an smoothed the lift mechanism. The money on the Big Deal was well spent.

From start to finish working with Paramount Garage Doors was a great experience. With the Big Deal coupon I believe I got more then what I paid for. Not only did they come out and service my garage door, but they gave me a few pointers to help improve the performance of my garage door and offered discount pricing for the additional parts needed to completely restore my garage door to its prime. With that said, I would recommend Paramount Garage Door to anyone looking for a honest and knowledgeable garage door specialist.

TJ arrived on time and, simply, did everything as promised in less than an hour. He pointed out the damage that was done to hinges a few years back and replaced them (2@ $5 each.. quite a bargain). Now the garage doesn't sound like it's dragging a bunch of trash cans around! I'd hire this company back in a heartbeat

When T.J. Nolan came back, he had the parts (new handle for the door, a new lock and key) so that I could disable the locking system if the power went out & get to my car myself. He checked everything & lubricated the tracks. He then had me use the key so that I would know how to unhook the door and also re-engage the cable so that it would work automatically again. He was very nice, professional & gave me a discount for being an Angie's List customer.

Pulled new cable for wall-mounted switch at no additional charge. Recommended and installed replacement mounting bracket for a nominal fee. Would recommend for any garage door work.

The technician was on time, did a through job as far as I could tell, very courteous and professional and priced very reasonably. I was very happy as a customer!
