Excellent! TJ is one of the most honest business people I have encountered in Indianapolis. He was thorough with the door that I purchased the Big Deal for and then aligned and tightened and basically saved the larger door from catastrophe. A previous garage door company had worked on the door when the spring snapped. They charged me more than $700 to replace the rollers, spring and other miscellaneous parts. The garage door opener started to have issues with opening and closing the door so I called that company back. They simply tightened the tension on the opener. It continued and I just chalked it up to an old opener. TJ noticed that the door in question was way out of alignment, that it was far too loud when opening and that several screws were loose or missing. I really was only a few opening and closings away from it working loose and falling either on my head or on my car! He aligned and adjusted and tightened that door free of charge. He also explained why all of that was happening and provided a very reasonable estimate to fix it. He didn't pressure me or make me feel like I had to have it done (like the previous company). He simply showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. He is a true credit to his profession and I highly recommend him.

called T J Nolen about roller that holds control of garage door that was coming loose from ceiling . He came out that day and fix the door and check the other door rollers for us. He never charged us for this service. We have used him in the pass as he was on the Angie`s list special offer. My husband is Very Pleased with this Company and we certainly will use again. Everything went great. Was there on time, worked efficiently, explained keyless pad, and left contact information if any questions/ problems.

TJ came out to my house to take a look at my garage door. He told me he wasn't able to do anything for me, and encouraged me to get my money back from Angie's List. I really appreciated his honesty and will certainly keep him in mind for the future.

We bought a Big Deal for a garage door tune up and roller replacement. After purchasing the Big Deal, we called the company and left a message, they got back with us within a few hours and set up the appointment for the following week (per my request). They gave us a window of 8:30 to 9:00 am and were at our house at 8:40 am, they also called the night prior to remind us of the appointment. TJ was professional, quick, and most importantly honest. We had a few other issues that we thought we were going to have to address but he actually talked us out of them and told us cheaper methods to fix the problem. We now have a much quieter garage and it was completely worth every penny. We will absolutely use Paramount Garage Doors for all of our garage door needs from here on out.

On 01/06/12 I took advantage of the Angie's List Big Deal as offered by Paramount Garage Doors. TJ was very responsive in scheduling my service (both via email and phone), and was punctual and professional. TJ reconditioned the garage door, adjusted the opener belt, and properly aligned the electronic eyes. He also offered several suggestions for maintaining the door, springs, etc. In addition, he replaced my existing metal rollers with new plastic ones, and WOW what a difference! I can barely even hear the garage door going up or down anymore, and it works like a dream! TJ is very knowledgeable and skillful, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I will not hesitate to call him in the future, as I'm confident I'll receive superior service. I highly recommend TJ and Paramount Garage Doors!

I spoke with TJ on 1/6/12 to schedule and was told he would be here between 1:00 - 1:30 on 1/12/12. I have worked in the home medical equipment business for 13 years and was blown away that someone could give a 30 minute window 6 days out. But there was a knock on my door at 1:25 and there stood TJ! He introduced himself and immediately got to work. The work was done by 2:00. My door operation is much quieter and smoother . I don't think I'll ever call the big garage door companies again.

TJ found room in his schedule to work on my garage door on Saturday afternoon. He replaced the lift cables, as one was very frayed. It was causing the garage door to not close properly. His service was fast and did a good job of explaining his work. I will definitely look to him for future garage door needs.

My garage door opener battery was failing and beeped incessantly. Mr. Nolen confirmed the problem over the phone, I was able to schedule a convenient appointment with him. He showed me how to replace the battery by myself if I needed to do so in the future. He tested the door tension, lubricated the moving parts, tightened loose bolts, etc. I will certainly call and depend on him for any of my garage door needs.

We are very pleased with our new door and the overall experience working with Paramount Garage doors. After calling around to some of the larger door companies, it was a nice change to be able to work directly with TJ and have a quick and effective communication process rather than dealing with multiple departments and being re-routed. The pricing was very competitive and we understood exactly what our options were, what we were getting, and when we could have the new door installed. It is amazing what a difference the new door makes and it was a very quality installation.

TJ was really wonderful to work with. Our garage door had been on its last legs and it finally broke on Saturday. I called around and found no one who could do the work that day and not pay out the ying yang for it. When I spoke to TJ he actually gave me another number to call in hopes that that company could help me that day. They never called back, so I called TJ back and we set an appointment for the following Monday. Monday came and so did TJ, bright and early. He measured and then went to get the new door because his distributor had one in stock and we didn't need to order it. The entire job was done by early evening and not only was it very competitive in price, it actually beat many of the bigger-named companies (even if they offered Angie's List discounts) Courteous, fast, efficient and well worth the price for the competency alone - I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone needing to replace a garage door.

T.J. was very professional and friendly. He was also very prompt and returned my phone calls very quickly. Excellent repair work and I would definitely use them again. He even replaced my push button control, which was working, but not easily due to a broken tab, with a unit off of his truck at no extra charge.

Prompt response to my phone call. Professional and courteous. Agreed to schedule the work without first coming for an estimate. Completed the work as agreed to the agreed cost. Only one critique; one of the garage door openers is now malfunctioning, which could be a coincidence.

They did a good job. He even did a little extra service for me without any extra charge.

It was fast. Our existing door could not use the replacement rollers so they provided us with a keypad entry (which we needed) as an alternative. They lubricated our current wheels and now we are enjoying a much quieter door.

Thomas made room in his schedule that day and was able to make and excellent repair without having to replace the door which is too old for a replacement panel to be available. Thomas displays exceedingly high standards in customer service; I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service provider.

I called Paramount this morning, left a message and had a return phone call within 5 minutes. After explaining my situation, TJ assured me he could do the repairs, had time available still today and quoted me a repair charge along with a tune-up. TJ arrived on time and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and completed a thorough cleaning of the doors and connections, tested the door and checked for any issues outside of the cable issues. I was impressed with TJ's knowledge, professionalism and price.

We actually needed a little more than a tune up as our door wasn't always opening properly. We expected there would be an additional charge since we required more than a simple tune up. Mr. Nolen charged only an additional $20 to make the repair and our garage door now opens/closes without any problem. We were very pleased with his service and would most definitely recommend him to others.

I purchased the Angies list big deal to have my garage door repaired. It wouldn't work in cold weather. He arrived on time, and in a short amount of time, my garage door was working better than ever. It is quiet now too!
