They are really nice people. The service was really good. The gentleman that helped me was really helpful. One morning, the door wouldn't go down. I left him a message early in the morning, and he got right back with me. He told me what to do. He was really nice. They were working on it, and it didn't take too long. He was courteous, and he seemed to really know what he was doing. Everything was great. He was very, very prompt.

Work was done on-time and door looks great.

Honest assessment of project. Completed servicing of the door and installed parts to complete the job perfectly. I didn't know my garage door could work that smoothly.

We used TJ a couple months ago, as we purchased the BIG DEAL, and he replaced our rollers with new rollers, and the result was great. The door opens and closes so much quieter and smoother. So, after a very positive experience, when the keypad stopped working, I called him back to replace the keypad. I scheduled a time for TJ to come out, and he never showed. When I called him, he explained that one of his trucks broke down, and he seemed to be very sorry. Since I travel frequently, I often have to correspond over either text messages, phone calls or emails. During one of our communications, I sent him a text message with our address and time. I never heard back from him. After two days, I called him, and said I sent him a text and never heard back. I made a mistake and sent a message to the wrong number, so as we were on the phone, we arranged for an appointment either before 10am, or after 2pm. He then called me at 11, and said he was on his way. We obviously had a little miscommunication. He apologized, and I was ready to move on to another company. However, He was always very professional, and went out of his way, and installed the keypad, even though I told him not to worry about it, as I was not going to be home, and he said to not worry about it. I got home, and the keypad was installed, and all I had to do was program the keypad. There was just some miscommunication, and all I wish was that he contacted me when his truck broke down, and came during the time frame we discussed. Overall, TJ is a great person, does GREAT work and I would use again. Even though he said the keypad was no charge, he supplied a service, and I followed up with a payment. Thanks TJ.

T.J. efficiently removed old garage door and opener and replaced it with the new door, phrame, and garage door opener. After installation he explained the function and safety of door and demonstrated use of openers. He hauled away the old door and my new door looked beautiful.

Great experience! Same day service... within hours... and very reasonably priced! We're back up and running and able to use our garage door again. TJ was very helpful, explained what he was doing, and answered any questions we asked. I would definitely use and recommend this company. We received excellent service! The spring on our gargage door had broken and needed to be replaced. I called in the morning, and the gentleman was able to provide service that afternoon. He was very flexible with arranging a time, and agreed to call me as he was heading to my home, allowing me enough time to leave work and arrive home in time for the appointment. He worked very quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job! The price in total was about the same price quoted from another company for them to simply show up, before any work was done. We will most definitely call him again!

We took advantage of an Angie's Big Deal. T.J. owns and operates the business...he was very professional, called ahead to say he might run late but came close to on time anyway. Called a day ahead to confirm the appointment. We discussed the fact that, in his opinion, the spring might not be the appropriate size for the opener itself, but since the opener is much older than the spring, it might be good to replace the opener, which is pretty old. He made an adjustment that would prevent the door from sagging back down a bit after it opens. He explained that this fix might not last due to the spring/opener issue, but as of this writing the door does not sag a lot after opening, as it once did. One of these days we will indeed replace the opener and I will definitely call T.J. to do the work.

It went very well and I will use them again in the future.

I purchased the Big Deal offered by Paramount Garage Doors that offered replacing rollers and checking garage door operation. TJ came and inspected my garage door and thought I did not need this service as my rollers were in good shape. I asked about new weatherstripping for the door and made arrangements to have that work done. I am very please with TJ's honesty and he did a great job with the new weatherstripping.

I had used Paramount Gargage Doors months ago the first time. I had used on of the “Big Deal” opportunities that was available at that time. I think the cost was around $99.00. TJ came out a did a great job. Very courteous and professional. No problems. I had gotten a garage door opener installed (it was a Christmas gift and purchased thru another company) in December of last year. A few weeks ago I had noticed the garage door was acting a little funny. When the garage door was closing and it was about less than foot from the ground it would slam down. I had contacted the maker of the door opener and the place thru which it was purchased. I had contacted the manufacture and they had told me the door was out of balance. Well to make a long story short I decided to contact TJ to see if he could take a look at it. TJ came out and knew exactly what was the issue and got the issue corrected in a matter of seconds. If I had paid a closer attention I probably could have corrected it myself. I felt like such a freakin’ idiot since it was so easy to correct I offered to give TJ some gas money for the trip. It seemed like to me it was a waste of time because the correction was so simple. Gargage door opener is working fine now. TJ didn’t even charge for the fix nor did he even want to take the gas money. And yeah for those of you that think I am kidding I was serious about giving him the gas money because I felt as if he wasted his time. Once again her is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend TJ with Paramount Garage Doors. Even though I bet in this case when he drove off he whispered under his breath “What an idiot.!! But hey in this instance I understand.

It was wonderful! My garage door would not open or close leaving my cars trapped inside. Mr. Nolen came out earlier than I have expected and got straight to work. He was very nice and professional. He will be returning to do more work as we discussed!

It went very well. He arrived on time and did everything we expected. We love our quiet, newly updated garage door with it's features and the gateway system is so nice and very user friendly. Thank you for all of your work!

TJ returned my original call within a few hours and scheduled me for the next week. He called again the night before to confirm and called a third time when he was delayed to let me know he was running behind. He was quick, efficient and very professional and pleasant. I will certainly be referring other business to him!

I had my garage doors replaced and reconditioned through a Big Deal two weeks prior. However, two springs broke, so he came and replaced them promptly. The price was in line with competition.

He showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with everything.

TJ was nice, quick and efficient. He showed up a couple minutes early, looked at the job and got straight to work. Was done faster than promised. I got exactly what I wanted The only issue I have is with companies in the Indy area (13th largest city in USA) selling items with no milege restrictions (Groupon, Angie's List, etc) and then complaining when they have to drive to my house. I live 1/4 mile off I-69 and 9 miles past Fishers. I do not feel I am too far away but when I schedule service I have companies act like I am going to put them out of business when I ask them to drive to me. If you are in Greenwood and do not want to drive outside Greenwood please state some restrictions, please. But, please notice they gave A service and were very professional.

Bought Angie's Big Deal for a garage door tune up. This is a one man show. Followed up promptly with phone calls to schedule the appointment. Explained fully why my door was making the noises it was. Lubricated and tested all parts. Found and replaced one cracked hinge. Great service.

Great job - very thorough and detailed. Took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions, and helped me understand how things worked and how I can maintain it. Demonstrated garage door function when work was complete, taught me how to check the door on my own. Informative, friendly, and professional.

We were able to schedule the appointment within 2 weeks of calling. The gentleman arrived on time, completed all of the work fairly quickly, and was very professional throughout his time at our home. We've been using the garage and the keyless entry pad. We are pleased with the work that was completed and would highly recommend Paramount Garage Doors.

TJ was awesome! He was personable, very knowledgeable at what he was doing, and very polite. He called me to let me know he would be running a little later and made sure that was okay with me. I really appreciated that he kept me informed at all times. He came out originally on Thursday, but realized that our door was a bit unique so he would need a different part. He came back the next day and got everything fixed quickly and efficiently. He honored our Angie's List discount and gave us a price break because we originally thought we would only need one coil replaced, and ended up needing two. We were very impressed with his work ethic and his professionalism. He also gave us some nylon rollers to make the garage door quieter totally free of charge. I would recommend TJ again and again.

I could not have imagined it going better. TJ was a great guy to work with. If I ever have garage needs in the future, he will be the one I call. Outside of the garage door opener replacement, I can't believe all the work he did for the original $189 I spent. The opener itself was only $335 installed and that was for the latest, greatest technology with the internet gateway for remote operation.

We scheduled the service through email. TJ actually called on Feb 6th, asked if he could arrive 15 minutes early, and that worked for us. He came out, was very professional. He replaced the rollers in about 30 minutes . He did a great job, and I will call him if we run into any garage door issues.

He was very pleasant to deal with. I just felt that he was very honest, knows his work extremely well and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I will use him for ever bit of maintenance in the future dealing with my garage door.
