Overall very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

Repaired and lubricated garage doors, replaced missing parts, installed cables through springs to prevent injury in case of spring breakage.

My experience with them went well. I wasn’t home when they did the repair. But my wife said that they were friendly and courteous. They did the work that they had committed to. They showed up when they were supposed to.

TJ did not have what he needed for our particular door and came back the next day to complete the work. He was very professional and friendly and used the deal price for the work that he had done. We will definetely be using his company again when we need to replace the old garage door.

He arrived on time, tuned up garage door, plus added (at my request) weather stripping on bottom and side. Did a nice job. After tune-up, I could tell the door opened and closed much more smoothly. My stripping was very old and worn, and I was pleased with the replacement. (Also, was having trouble with automatically closing the door due to a problem with the sensor, which he adjusted). I would use them again.

I originally planned to have Paramount recondition my garage door, but upon their initial inspection, I had some damage to the door that made reconditioning the rollers moot. They explained the situation and explained my options to fix the damage. We rescheduled the repairs for the next Saturday and I only paid for the additional parts needed. On top of everything, they completed some of the door reconditioning (tightening the spring, door balancing, etc.) along with replacing the rollers and hinges. Overall this was a fantastic experience. They went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied and were willing to complete the work on the weekend to accomodate my schedule. They seemed to work fine while he was here, but as these things often go, once he left we were back to the same problem. He said to let him know if it was still acting up, which I haven't done yet. I'm sure they will respond promptly, but I don't know if I will have to pay again to get it fixed properly.

I purchased a $99 deal from this provider through Angie's List to replace rollers and tune up my garage door. They did the work as promised, along with explaining their work. I would use them again for garage door work.

Paramount tried to find a door that would match but when we couldn't, they worked with me on the price and kept me informed on the status of the order. They completed the job in 1 day and were very easy to work with.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal, so I was a little apprehensive, having had varied experiences in the past with Big Deals. But this one was a breeze from the start. My initial call was returned promptly, he was able to schedule me for the SAME WEEK! On the day of service, he arrived on time, had a short discussion about my expectations and needs, then went right to work. Although I have an older opener (before the mandatory electric eye safety features), he didn't try to sell me anything, noting that the older ones tend to last a long time and as long as it's working, why fix it if it isn't broken? Although he didn't make much $$ from this service call, after this pleasant experience you can bet I will call Paramount when my opener finally bites the dust. UPDATE: Unfortunately, 2 months later our OLD opener failed, so we called him back. He determined our unit was DOA, plus no parts for it were available. So he came back 3 days later and installed a new Lift Master. He also added the safety electric eyes that my old system lacked, plus a remote opener. Again, very responsive, professional, and does quality work.

I bought the coupon for this service and he did work beyond the service deal. I don’t remember how much I spent on his services but I thought it was reasonable. He was nice and punctual. He did a good job and he was really friendly. I will use him again in the future.

TJ is a great young man. He arrived early, and began work immediately. He was polite and friendly, and we had a very pleasant conversation as he worked. He was intent on making certain that my two doors worked perfectly. I appreciated his attention to every small detail. He offered advice, good advice, for questions I had concerning future maintenance and repair of both my doors and automatic openers. He was very neat, and cleaned up the area perfectly when he was finished. I will definitely be calling him back to address future issues. I felt very comfortable with him working on my home.

We were having intermittent problems with our automatic garage door closing and saw Paramount's Big Deal for $99 for basic maintenance, lubrication, and new rollers. We called Paramount because of their good Angie's List rating. TJ Nolen is the owner/operator of the company and I believe it is a one-man operation. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, and worked quickly. He did not charge us to realign the sensors that were preventing the door from closing periodically. The only extra charge was the new seal at the bottom of the door. The only thing that concerned me was that the appointment was scheduled a week in advance. I asked TJ about this and he said he had a huge response to his Big Deal and was still catching up with those and other calls for people who needed serice sooner rather than later, but that I could rest assured that if I had called with an emergency (broken spring, etc.), we would not have had to wait.

They came out for a 5 minute assessment. Upon further review, the associate explained to me that I needed a new garage door. He took the time to show me the areas that were broken, and I really like how he was upfront & honest. He also offered to accept the Big Deal coupon toward a new garage door, and explained how I can get a refund. They will definitely be at the top of my list when I buy a new garage door.

I called Friday mid-afternoon and was able to set an appointment for first thing Monday morning. TJ arrived when promised and made very quick work of repairing the door. The cable is on the pulley and taught again. The maintenance TJ performed (adjusting the spring tension and lubricating the rollers, hinges, and spring) have the door opening and closing like new.

The spring broke at night and I called first thing in the morning. TJ was in the area and said he could get out later that morning. He told me what the price would be upfront. I agreed to the work he came out and it fixed by noon. He took it upon himself to replace the burnt out light in the opener I had noticed but had put off. Very professional, very efficient and very reasonable price.
