I highly recommend Paramount Garage Doors. Great service at a great price. A friend recommended Paramount to me when my garage door suddenly broke... and I am so glad he did. TJ was fast, responsive, honest and professional!

We were in a bind with flooring contractors using the garage. I called TJ at around 9:30 by 11:00 everything was done. Said he was nearby and could take care of it right away. Great guy to deal with. He has helped me in the past I will use him again.

I sent them an email about our garage door. They didn't have the part we needed but were prompt about getting back to us. They even offered to help us get out of our garage if we needed it!

I called him at 6:10 a.m. He called me back at 6:15 a.m. He said it would take half an hour, but he arrived sooner. He was here less than half an hour. I paid with credit card on his tablet, signed and received the receipt by mail. He was fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I recommend him to anyone, especially if you live near I-69 and 116th Street.

Outstanding. We obtained several quotes from Angie's List providers to replace our finally broken almost 30-year-old wood garage door. TJ at Paramount wasn't the least expensive but he was in the lower half and we got the best overall vibe from him so we proceeded to approve his quote. He was able to fit us in within a week, and it went great. The new door looks and operates perfectly. I didn't really realize or think about it, but he had to install new tracks and rails, new springs and rollers, and adjust all the mounts in the garage, etc. for the new door. It was more of a job than it occurred to me it would be. He was prompt, professional, and very respectful to my wife. Price was very fair, especially now knowing all that had to be done. We got a new double-wide (16x7) Clopay 2" insulated door (metal on both sides, insulation between the metal). No fancy design - just the usual short panel look. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend TJ/Paramount.

Garage door spring broke on my two car garage door. TJ came out the same day the issue occurred and quickly identified the problem. He provided a temporary solution which allowed me to get in and out of my garage for the evening. TJ arrived per schedule the next day and replaced the Torsion Spring Assembly since the one that we had was obsolete. TJ was great to work with and I highly recommend him for your next garage door\opener replacement or repair!

TJ runs his business, and is very professional, and is very helpful. I contacted him via Angie's List, and asked for him to evaluate our garage door, and he responded, and came out on a day that worked for us, the following week. We have a 3 car garage, and the problem was on a door that we don't use much. So, no sense of urgency was there, for him to come out quicker. He gave me a quote for the one door opener, and I decided to have both garage door openers replaced, one for the single door and one for out double door. This way, the openers are both new, they can go off of one outdoor remote, and one car remote. He installed a Lift Master 8365. It runs good, does the job that it is supposed to, and he installed it within a few hours. I've used TJ in the past, as he is reliable, fair priced and I don't feel like he pressures you into buying anything extra.

"TJ," the owner of the firm, gave me a time window or 9:00-9:30. He came right at 9:00. He was pleasant, personable, and skilled. Even his truck was immaculate, as though it had just been washed! He had a new keypad and garage door opener unit, got up on a ladder and coded it to work with the motor on my door, removed the old keypad device, which had broken, and installed his in its place (including a battery)--all within 10 minutes. He then tested it and showed me how to set a new code, making sure the new code worked okay. I paid him by check. He went to his truck, keyed information into a tablet, had me sign the tablet screen, and, within two or three minutes, e-mailed me the invoice, receipt, and instructions for operating the keypad. It was all so quick and easy, and I'm just delighted. If everyone was like TJ, the world would be a much better place. I will definitely use his services in the future, and highly recommend him.

TJ was at my home three times. The first time to replace the torsion spring and bottom seal. While here, he suspected the gear sprocket was slipping and worn on the other door. Upon investigation it was. I requested that he replace it rather than waiting until it broke. Since he did not have the specific parts in his truck, he returned the next week to replace the gear/sprocket. At that time I showed him the bottom seal was not sealing properly, so he returned another day with the correct size seal. He arrived promptly at all designated appointment times. TJ was always neatly dressed, personable, and polite . He explained what he was doing and why and he answered all my questions. He worked quickly and always removed all used parts and debris. I would definitely hire him again.

TJ rocks! Not only is he kind and pleasant but he worked us in on a day's notice! He is a one-man operation but takes pride in his work and it shows. We would not hesitate to use his services again if the need arises. Great experience :)

TJ of Paramount Garage Doors provided service for my son. My son's garage door stopped working and TJ was able to respond very quickly. He arrived on time for the service and was able to provide quick and effective service. Door opens even better than it used to and son is very happy with the price he paid for rendered services.

The torsion spring broke on our door and we called around 8 AM and they were out and had it fixed before 11. In addition, the door has made horrible noises for years (maybe this was part of the spring breaking) and they also replaced a roller with no charge beyond the amount quoted on the phone. Our door is now working perfectly and ultra quietly. We could not be more pleased.

I am a property manager and have used Paramount exclusively for the past 4 years. I cannot find anything negative to say about TJ and his company. I have always received excellent service from him. One thing I like is that he is punctual, and this is very important to me because I may have several appointments during the day. Another thing is that he is honest. If he can fix a garage door or garage door opener, he will. He will only suggest a replacement if it is truly necessary. He has the skill set to troubleshoot garage doors and openers. Often I will call him because my garage door and opener are not working properly and he always reminds me to make sure the "eyes" or eye sensors are lined up. This saved me a service call at my own house TWICE. The other thing I like about TJ is that he is friendly, but doesn't mess around and waste time -- he gets right to work and won't quit until the job is done. Very efficient. I think his prices are reasonable also. Since I deal with a lot of contractors in my line of work, it is fabulous to have someone show up on time, not overcharge me, and not waste time. Many, many contractors do NOT HAVE TJ'S work ethic.

Tom showed up earlier than planned (he called first to be sure that was okay). My son was home when he arrived, Tom called me at work before he got started to provide estimate. My son (who is never impressed--a teenager) was impressed, he said "Tom was all over it, really knew what he was doing!"

Was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism. Placed a call Monday a.m. About a repair needed, and TJ was at my home within a couple of hours to give me an estimate. He obtained the panel and was back out the next day to replace the damage panel. Customer service was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company! Good service and responsiveness is something you don't see very often. Thank you TJ for your quick response!

The entire experience with Paramount went very well. From scheduling the visit to give us an estimate, the follow up to our questions, the scheduling of the job and the installation all went smoothly. TJ is very professional and very customer service oriented. He arrives on time and the install was done within 3 hours. We are very pleased and would recommend Paramount to everyone. TJ arrived on time and we met to discuss the problem. He told me what needed to be done and started his work.
