Everything was excellent. They were out of district, but they were nice enough to honor the deal.

We took advantage of one of Angie's Big Deals for $25 for $175 worth of window cleaning services. They were very professional from the time they arrived to the time they left. They did an excellent job both inside and out and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Worker came on time and went to work after I showed the rooms that I wanted cleaned. She worked steadily and thoroughly in the kitchen and two bathrooms. I have very dark wood floors in the living/dining room and bedroom, and she asked if I wanted them mopped with plain water or with something in the water. I told her that I did not want them mopped but only cleaned. She ran her vacuum thru part of the room and I went and got her a dust mop so that she could easily run it under the furniture that had legs and stood up off the floor. She continued vacuuming and ignored the dust mop. After a period of time, she told me she was finished. I told her that she had missed the rest of the floor and stood back and pointed out to her the obvious "dust bunnies" under the entertainment center and the ottoman. She said that she would only clean these areas if I paid for a "deep cleaning" since that included cleaning under furniture! I honestly thought she was joking. I wasn't expecting her to move the sofa, but to me, if you can stand in the middle of the room and see an obvious ring of dirt, then you clean it. Both of these pieces of furniture sit off the floor by 10 in. so it stood out like a sore thumb. I picked up the dust mop and cleaned it myself in front of her. I didn't watch her mop the kitchen floor so I am not sure whether she stopped mopping at the edge of the glass topped dining table. The tip that was waiting in my pocket stayed in my pocket. The next day I received a call from the office since the worker told them that I was upset. They confirmed that their rule is no cleaning under furniture unless they were paid to deep clean. She said the worker did not respond to my specific request because she would have pulled out dirt that she would then have had to vacuum up. The was the whole idea, Dawn.The office worker said that she would check with the owner and call me back. I never heard back from anyone. When I was a college student I cleaned houses to help cover my expenses. I may have gotten more perturbed than was called for over this incident, but I am a strong believer in common sense and that seemed to be lacking in this situation. A mere 2 minutes of work that was refused took me from a satisfied customer to a disgruntled one because common sense was not shown. And after saying they would call me back, no one did.

Two men came out and worked hard until all the gutters were cleaned.

Great job on the gutter cleaning and on the installation of the gutter guards. Guards did a great job, now just need to get the rear of the house done.

It was okay. He was in and out within and hour. He did an okay job.

Overall all, everything went very well. Our lady, Dawn, did a great job, worked quietly and efficiently, and was very nice.

They came out to give estimate and I brought to their attention an area that needed replaced in soffit. The charge to do this was very reasonable and they completed the work promptly

The vendor was very responsive and came oput on the weekend as I requested and cleaned the gutter out. This was done vwery quickly and accurately based on the fact that I no longer had the same issues when it rained. He next offered to sell me a gutter guard that would protect my house from futuire gutter clogging. I decided to purchase a few days later and service was done that week to my satisfaction. The guarantee to come out for free if the gutter ever clogged again was a selling point.

Showed up as planned, left the home looking great, no debris behind.

Arrived on time and started to work immediately. Were professional in explanations and in requests to relocate furniture. Both Chris and Jeremy did an excellent job!

Was very flexible in scheduling the service. Followed-up with me quickly when I was ready to schedule the cleaning. Professional response and easy to work with.

We asked if they could come towards the end of the month when all of the leaves would be down and they were happy to oblidge.

HD was on time. They took their time to go through all the windows. Cleaned all of the screens and were very pleasant.

The housecleaning person was Jill. She did a very good job. I would ask her to clean again. She worked for about 3 hours. There were other things I could have asked her to do, but didn't because she arrived mid afternoon vs.? 1 pm arranged arrival time. This was the responsibility of the company, not Jill. She cleaned for less than the advertised time, but it probably said "up to X hours". It was getting dark and late, and I didn't want to ask her to stay longer. She did do a good job!! My son lives in the home that was cleaned. Because he travels extensively for his work, and because we own the home, I take care of much of the maintenance. I always am VERY CLEAR with the service company that the address they will be working in is NOT the address on their info from Angie's list. A couple of years ago i had someone go to the wrong address (even though I have always been very clear about this and often call the day before to remind the company of the correct address). I was VERY CLEAR with this company about the service address. I also left a message on the company's answering machine on Sunday before the Monday cleaning, AGAIN emphasizing the correct address. Despite my emphasizing the correct address, the company sent Jill to the other address, which is 35 minutes in the wrong direction - one way. In addition, she took more time at her previous job, as there was more to do .than anticipated, She did call me when she found that she was at the wrong address. So she was about 2 hours late arriving. I called the company. They said they had not checked their answering machine in the morning, which might have prompted them to re-direct her to the proper address, rather than waste both Jill's and my time. I spoke with the company, emphasizing that I had been VERY CLEAR ABOUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN I ARRANGED THE APPOINTMENT, AS WELL AS LEFT THE WEEKEND MESSAGE ON THEIR MACHINE. He was apologetic. I would have Jill clean for me again. She did a very good job. However, I feel the company needs to improve their communication, and certainly needs to check their machine for messages. So I give Jill an A and the company a C.
