They are wonderful. We had used her about 2-3 years ago and we had her come back. There are no streaks on the windows and they look great. Their price depends on the number of windows and we have a lot of windows. I have a friend who wanted their services, but she only wanted them to do the outside because she wanted to do the inside herself, and they said that would be fine and I thought that was nice of them. They are affordable and they do excellent work, and they are nice people too. They don't chat excessively but they don't just come in and do their silently job either. They have a good balance on how they interact. I intend to use them again in the future.

Everything was very good. We have a vaulted ceiling and he even cleaned the petals on the fan for me. They were very courteous and they are great to do business with.

Prompt service for an estimate and very responsive to schedule the cleaning.

The windows were okay, the service was astronomical. I feel they were too expensive. I have leaded glass windows, but I have never paid this much to have my windows cleaned before. They did do a good job.

I didn’t do a lot of comparison shopping with regard to price but I thought it was fair for what they did. I don’t know honestly if the price was okay or not. I will use their services again in the future.

I had too any windows for the offer, so I just had them clean the outside, which is what I wanted, and they did an excellent job.

It started to rain on the day they began cleaning, so they were unable to complete the job then, we went ahead and paid them of the entire job. They returned to finish the job a couple o days later. The employee who started the job on the first day was very professional and personable. I didn't have much contact with the employee who came to finish the job because he was working on the outside, but upon meeting him he was very nice also.

When I scheduled the time for the cleaning, I was given a five-hour block of time in the afternoon during which their worker would be by to do the job. The morning of the cleaning, I was called and given a narrower window, so that I wouldn't have to sit around waiting all afternoon. That impressed me! Most companies are not so thoughtful. The worker did an excellent job. The siding looks great, and I can see no traces of the algae. I will definitely consider hiring this firm in the future!

This was one of the Big Deals which sounded too good to pass up. The company contacted me within a week to set up my appointment. I have some transom windows that were not included in the stated deal, but paid a small amount more to have them done too. This was well worth the extra few dollars; they're high enough that I would never attempt to clean them from the outside. My windows are so bright and clean that I'm embarrassed to think how bad they were. This is definitely something I will have done again. Thanks to HP for a nice job.

Polite, well spoken, and efficient service person who provided quality, affordable work. They called us the same day that we bought the "Big Deal" and scheduled for later that same week. The service provider showed up on time, and gave us what we asked for. The additional work was priced fairly, and delivered efficiently. We got all we could ask for in a service provider!

They do the cleaning every spring. They are excellent with respect to their thoroughness. They are timely; it takes them just a short period of time inside my house. There aren’t any smudges. They do other things like cleaning brass lanterns and yard lanterns. They are excellent. They are expensive. We find them very reliable.

I have used many times. Excellent service. Even asked if they could change the light bulbs in my yard light while they were cleaning it.

I came to know about Dixon's Window Cleaning & Professional Home Service through Angie’s list. They were little pricey, but they did a great job. Only one guy came out to clean and I was little surprised. He was very nice and quiet. He went about his business and got everything cleaned. I would use their service in the future too.

Great! I have used Dixons for years - they always do a great job. (Silly me - last year I was referred to and tried another company to compare quality/price etc. Big mistake - the other company did a poor job and charged more). I have alot of large/high windows and doors. I won't use anyone else.

The services were of the highest quality and very professional. This is the second time we're used Dixon's for carpet cleaning and were once again very pleased with their work and service. They picked up the carpets at my house on time and returned them to my son's house since that was the destination for the newly bound carpet.

They do a good job. I have them come out once a year and do that and clean the chandelier in the foyer. They change out the light bulbs and clean all the pieces of it. They do a real thorough job and they are careful. They are easy to work with.
