Jill arrived on time and went right to work. Very personable and kept us informed. Very meticulous in her work. Did a great job, so we have since signed up for monthly service.

The company did an excellent job cleaning our windows inside and out including casing and difficult to reach windows due to landscaping and height. I would definitely hire this company again.

We have casement windows with inside screens and pop-out grills on the windows. I asked them to not shake the screens indoors and asked if they would use a tarp to catch any debris between the screen and the window as I didn't want the debris scattered all over the house. I provided a 8'x3' tarp and they had an extra towel. After they were finished I found my tarp wadded-up on the floor and tiny bits of debris throughout the house even in places where there are no windows (such as on every step on the main staircase). The entire house needed to be vacuumed after they left which I was not able to do as I am recovering from a total hysterectomy. They did a good job actually cleaning the windows. However, I will not use this company again. I would have paid more for the casement windows if they would have been willing to catch the debris and clean the screens. Likewise, I would have renegotiated the price if they would have cleaned the chandelier and the ceiling fan. But they never indicated they were interested in doing any more work other than washing the windows. My previous window cleaner, who retired, would take the screens outside and hose them down or in cold weather would use a wet sponge to wipe off the screens inside. She always cleaned-up after herself. HD bought her mailing list which is how I came to try this company. I guess some of this is my fault for not being more specific when they called me to book the cleaning,

Arrived late, but called. Didn't find any problems cleaned the cutters. Did find any more work.

I purchased a Big Deal on Saturday to have my house cleaned. I saw that I would be contacted for "Rapid Response" by 10/1. Never contacted. Emailed the company on 10/2, never heard from the company. Called on 10/4 and was informed that they may not service my area, even though their profile and their coupon show they service Hendricks County. I checked before I purchased it. I was told I would receive a call back to see if they were going to come out to my area. She called back within a few minutes and informed me that they have decided that is too far for the coupon being offered. I sent an email to have my money refunded. I am not happy at all being that I did my homework before purchasing the coupon because I see this type of thing happen all the time. I was super excited to finally get someone out to help me and now I will have to continue my search. It's unfortunate for them because I was going to use them for their Window Cleaning services as well. Updated Review:They did try to honor the coupon after I left the review which I appreciate but I asked my husband if he still wanted them to come out and he said no. The lady that answered the phone when I called was nice and quick to respond after I contacted them about getting the deal done. I gave them a B instead of a C for Professionalism because of his attempt to honor the coupon.

They showed up at the beginning of their 4 hour window. Everything that they removed from the gutters was bagged and taken with them. The whole process only took about 30 minutes. It rained that evening and the gutters worked exactly as they should.

They were very thorough. He got all the windows open that were previously stuck. He did a great job cleaning my windows.

We bought their gutter cleaning special. They called immediately to schedule the service. They showed up on time and were polite, and efficient at performing the service. They pointed out a problem with our front gutter that we had been noticing for a long time and suggested the reason for the issue.

From start to finish they were very prompt to call and schedule a time to come out. Also came out the next day and left a quote to wash our windows. They did clean the gutters and we'll hopefully schedule a time for them to wash our windows at a later date. We are very impressed by the follow-up and excellent customer service they provided.

They have cleaned my windows for years and I recently used them for their house cleaning services. The young lady showed up to our home on time and even called 30 minutes ahead to let us know she was on her way. I clean my home weekly but I was amazed at the difference. I wasn't looking for a regular housekeeper but I was impressed with how professional she was and the value of the services was great. They now clean my home every other week. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family.

All of the glass looked spotless. The best part was the professionalism of the staff. They seemed to enjoy their work. A few moments after they had left I noticed a couple of windows missed (we have a very large number of windows!). I called them and they immediately apologized and finished the job. In terms of installation, salesmanship, punctuality, price, hassles (or lack thereof), this company did an outstanding job. Normally when we hired our gutters cleaned, the cleaners left a mess all over the sidewalks. I'm not sure what these guys did with the leaves, but they did not end up on the sidewalk (I think they bagged or swept). They made some very low-pressure sales pitch to do the whole house, provided a quote quickly when I requested it, performed the work on time without any hassles. They gave a ten year warranty on their product and work which they extended to cover the original $349 deal as well. Their installation guy doubled as their on-site salesman and he was professional and courteous. I hope I don't have to hire them again since I now have gutter covers for the whole house. But if I buy a new house, I would hire them again.
