Very easy to schedule with flexible dates

They were great. She did an excellent job, quick and efficient.

I paid for a cleaning, when they didn't respond to me I finally called. While talking to them I told them where I lived and she said sorry there was a mistake in the ad, they forgot to put mileage limit on it, and that I would have to get a refund from Angie. The fact the ad was wrong was not my problem, and they should have honored it right away. Instead of telling me to get a refund. Then 3 days later called back to set up a date. They set up a date after I would be gone for the winter, but did rearrange their schedule to do the job before our leaving town. I was informed on 12-4-12, that they did send an email on Oct 4 so did respond in a timely manor, but due to Angie's email system mis-functioning I never received it. I still think I would not use this company again because of the initial response.

Jill called to say she was on her way and she Arrived when she said she would. She asked for a tour of the rooms and then started her work. She is very professional and it is clear Jill takes pride in what she does. She worked methodically and was able to accommodate some special requests to work around a convalescing family member. My house sparkled.

Dawn did a wonderful job. Window cleaning was to have been quoted weeks prior and possibly done when housecleaning done, but no one ever came out or contacted me rep this request.

HD Window Cleaning completed a task I simply could not handle -- complete cleaning of the 2nd story windows, inside and out. Four of my upstairs windows had been painted shut and I had been unable to pry them loose, so these windows were dulled and nearly opaque because I could not wash them. HD freed all of the windows, got them to raise and lower freely and easily, and then cleaned them inside and out. When they were finished, the windows looked great. The crew handled the task efficiently and professionally, and for a price that couldn't be beat. I will hire them again in the spring -- without question. They completed a task in a few hours that would have taken me fully two weekends to complete -- without the bonus of having the stuck windows unstuck!

They arrived right before I went to work, and had everything finished and an invoice waiting in my mailbox when I got home from work. I went onto the roof to see what they had done, and was very impressed with the quality of materials used, and the quality of work. Now I just need to get this done on my garage and shed, and I'll be set :)

Two company employees were punctual, polite and performed the work (gutter cleaning) to my satisfaction. It was a nice experience with a contractor I did not previously know.

I am disabled and have trouble keeping up with the house work. Jill came and cleaned whole house. She was courteous and friendly. She even waited to clean the master bedroom and bath until the end so my husband, who works nights, could sleep longer. She cleaned two baths and two bedrooms plus the living room, dining room and kitchen. She was quick and through. She also brought her own stuff and it is the same stuff I use to clean the house. It was great to have someone think the same way about cleaning as I do (some things need to be scrubbed, not just wiped down; some things need sanitized while being wiped down; floor washing is only effective when done on your hands and knees). It was great to have the house cleaned. If I get the money, I will definitely have them back. Their rates are very reasonable.

Getting the service scheduled was a little challenging. I had to leave multiple messages (phone and email) before finally being contacted. However once contacted, scheduling was easy and details were provided. I received a call upon completion providing me an overview of what they did, found, and suggested for the future. Service went well and I would use them again.

UPDATE - sorry for the delay in the final update! Dawn came out Nov. 19th to fulfill the $99 deal. She did a tremendous job! She said it was only her second day with the company but she absolutely knew what she was doing. I will use this company again and I will request Dawn. UPDATE - Ed contacted me last night and we are setting up an appointment. Somewhere there was a breakdown in communication (might have been me - their original email might have mistakenly gone into spam file, etc. or might have been them.) I appreciate the follow-up and look forward to trying their service. I purchased the $99 for 8 Rooms/3 Bathroom Angie's List deal on September 25th. The deal stated that the company would call me within a few days to schedule service. Not only did they not call, but even when i emailed them AND called them (no answer - so I left a message on their answering machine) they still did not respond.

Very disappointed with service and will not purchase again. One employee was BRAND new to the company, and the other had only been there 2.5 WEEKS! Employee told us the company only sends its NEW employees to the Angie's List Good Deal customers!!! She also told us the company owner said she wasn't allowed to dust anything that wasn't "bolted" to the wall and couldn't dust any of the electronics. This was our FIRST Good Deal purchase, and we were burned! Definitely not worth the money, and the experience was awful.

I used one of the many deals they were offering for Housecleaning through Groupon, AAA, Living Social, ect. I think I only paid about $35 for the cleaning but the quote they gave me was for $65 every other week if I wanted to continue with the service. The lady came to the house and did a very nice job but overall I just don't think it is worth it for me personally to pay someone $130 a month. The one excellent thing that was done was to clean the floors in my house, both hardwood and title exceptionally well. She was down on her hands and knees cleaning them and they look great! she also provided many helpful tips as to what cleaning products to use which was a nice added bonus. Overall I would recommend this company but it just isn't something I'm personally going to do regularly going forward.

Purchased a coupon from Angie's List for this service. Jill was excellent and I scheduled another visit with her before she left. I would highly recommend this company!

We recently moved into our house and have had it cleaned twice by another company. Both times they sent 3 people to clean our three level home, and both times there were issues with the quality of service provided. We were not pleased with either of the cleanings. Today. Jill from HD came to our home and she was very professional, efficient and did and excellent job!!! She cleaned the house by herself iand when she left it was sparkling!!!! I have Bamboo floors and have not been happy with how they looked and couldn't figure out what to do to make them look better. She got on her hands and knees and cleaned them and when she was done, I was thrilled. I feel as if I have found the perfect person to help us take care of cleaning our home and will make arrangements to have her come on a recurring schedule. Thanks Jill!!!!! HD's pricing is very reasonable -- much better than other quotes that I've received.

The office was a bit busy, but understanding given the volume they were experiencing with the Angie's list deals. Called and set up a time, they came out on time and performed the work while I was away.
