I APOLOGIZE TO THE MEMBER, WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO BE PROMT AND COURTEOUS. I DO NOT REMEMBER EVER TALKING TO THIS PERSON, MUCH LESS MAKING AN APPOINTMENT! I CAN ASSURE THE MEMBER THAT I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO MEET WITH HER TO DISCUSS HER JOB BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE A FULL SCHEDULE IN JANUARY AND WOULD HAVE LIKED SOME MORE CALLS. Description of Work: STEVE PAINTED OUR ENTRY, STAIRS AND UPSTAIRS HALL. HE ALSO MATCHED THE CEILING PAINT WHERE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS HAD TOUCHED UP USING THE WRONG COLOR WHITE. I HAD THREE PAINTERS QUOTE AND STEVE WAS THE ONLY ON WHO SUGGESTED THE MATCHING TECHNIQUE RATHER THAN REPAINTING THE WHOLE CEILING. HE CALLED ME BACK QUICKLY WHEN I INITIALLY CALLED, CAME OUT AND QUOTED AND DID THE JOB - ALL IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND VERY NEAT! I WILL USE HIM AGAIN!
