Description of Work: I JUST MOVED INTO A HOUSE BUILT IN THE 1940''S. I DON''T THINK THAT THE DUCTS HAD EVER BEEN CLEANED, AND I WAS HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH DUST COMING FROM MY VENTS. I WAS ALSO HAVING SOME ALLERGY PROBLEMS. ANDY CAME OUT, AND WAS THERE FOR THREE HOURS. HE INFORMED ME THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN AIR FILTER IN MY FURNACE, SO HE WENT TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND BOUGHT ONE FOR ME - AND HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME FOR IT. THAT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN NO QUESTION.

HE WAS EXTREMELY NEAT AND CLEAN, COVERING FLOORS AND FURNITURE AS HE WORKED. HE EVEN HAS A SEPARATE PAIR OF CLEAN SHOES FOR INDOORS! I HAD ONE OTHER ESTIMATE OF 485.00. THE DUCTWORKS PRICE WAS A LOT MORE REASONABLE, AND HE EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO IN DETAIL. BOTH WHEN HE CAME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND AGAIN BEFORE HE STARTED WORKING.
