Ms [Member Name Removed] we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our company. We strive very hard to make sure every client is more than satisfied, as reflected in our many top rated reviews. You were not charged $180 (as reflected in the receipt copy mailed to you dated April 28, 2017,) you were charged $166.50 including your discount given for being Angie's list member. We explain to each customer upon initial contact that a trap will be set IF deemed necessary by the arriving technician. In some instances the animal is not in the structure or home so we can seal the holes without trapping an animal in thus saving the client the per animal charge we charge for each animal trapped and saving the animal. Which is what we did at your home by sealing the 4 Entry points the animals were using to gain access to your home. You will see that work of four points sealed up you approved and paid for in the receipt mailed to you dated May 1, 2017. We are very sorry you were not happy that we did not set traps. If you live in an area that has wildlife it would be endless trapping and not ethical to our client to attempt to trap all the wildlife. Our goal is to save the customer that money and seal the home thus preventing animal entry. As far as your dissatisfaction of our response time and punctuality we do not feel we could have done more considering your initial inspection was on a Friday and your work was completed on the following work day being Monday. All of this taking place in April and first week of May so we are left to assume the repairs solved your animal entry problem since and over these last three months. Our sincerest apology for the misunderstanding and we do strive for each client to be treated fairly, professionally and ethically. Very sorry you feel we did meet your satisfaction in these areas. It means a lot to us being that we are not a huge multi investor owned company but rather a small family owned business so we strive to treat each client as family and a friend as it is personal to us.
