Deck Pro

Went well. My deck and stairwell cost $275 more than the Deal but they did a great job. Very responsive to emails.

I did not end up using the offer but was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend them.

Used an Angie's List coupon deal. Deck Pro was prompt in contacting me and giving an estimate. Fit me in their busy schedule and now my deck looks great. Got a 2 year warranty as well.

Great and easy! Jason came and measured my deck and provided a quote for the area that exceeded the deal. It was a fair price. I'm very happy with the results. I really enjoyed the fact that I was never inconvenienced. They performed the work while I was at work and did a great job. I would hire them again.

The experience was outstanding as the gentleman was professional, courteous, answered all of our questions, showed up on time and did a great job. He even came back to do some touch up work for us as a couple of spots were streaky. All in all we were very impressed and would hire Deck Pro again for any deck work.

My deck turned out beautifully. We had ignored our deck for too long and I was afraid it would not take a good stain. I was wrong! My deck was clean and stained and it looks beautiful.

Ok. Miscommunication occurred regarding how long the project would take. Some items weren't completed as expected and they had to make another trip out. Also two nails/screws were left on my patio where anyone could have stepped on them.

The job went well. Jason was very prompt in responding to my purchase as well as completing the work.

Jason Glass responded quickly to submit an estimate, and he performed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Deck was in excess of the 200 sq. ft. in the Angies List Deal but I was given a discount for the additional. Deck, driveway and sidewalks all look great.

Top notch service. In ALL regards. Will for sure use them again and would recommend to anyone.

These guys were great to work with. I personally had no interaction other than some emails and phone calls, but the work was professional and punctual without my having to look over their shoulder. The product they applied has good reviews in a consumers digest magazine. Recommended.

It went well, I think. The cost was more than the deal but then I expected that. Total $604. I went with the color stain they suggested and it turned out good. I had moved most items off my deck and thought it was far enough from the deck to not be in the way of the work being done. Some of the items did become spattered with the stain but I worked through that on my own. I did contact them back about a week ago to come look at some white marks that looked like it came from the wood. I also thought I could get them back to do some additional work that I thought I could hire them for. I hope to hear from them again soon.

Very well. He was here to give me an estimate and we set a time for the job to be done. He was cordial and helpful and made the deck look like new. We have a short set of steps not part of the deck in front of the house and he offered to do that free of charge. All is well.

Past experience has proven to me you need post a review a few months after the service just in case everything does not work out. Well, 2 months have passed and I most say I have never dealt with a company like this before (Deck Pro). TO THIS DAY, I have NEVER seen Jason in person or heard his voice. ALL of our dealing were done via email. Once I signed up for this deal at Angie's List, Jason made contact with me. Now that's a person who really wants your business! He did leave color choices and an estimate for services at my property. He DID what he said he would do, on the DAY he said he would do it and charged me EXACTLY what he said he would. I signed up for the $199 Deal and got $15 back from Angie's List! Let me say IT WAS ALL WELL WORTH IT! He left a detailed estimate and I mean DETAILED! My deck was power washed, stained and painted. I think some of the planks were replaced but I'm not sure since IT LOOKS THAT GOOD! I do think 2 or 3 will need to be replaced in a couple of years. In 2018 or 2019 when I need the work done again, I'm calling Deck Pro and Jason "Stealth" Glass! UPDATE To 07/11/2016 Service Review Posted on 09/22/2016: I forgot, Jason also provided a self-addressed stamped envelope to mail my payment to him. I HAVE NEVER had a vendor do this. He did not let $0.46 become a barrier to doing business with him.

Some miscommunications to start, but the work was done in a timely fashion after we connected. But the service provider never answered my questions after the work was done.

They're an A+. The price was very reasonable. It's the best service you can possibly get for the money. I highly recommend them. He was on point. Jason was there.

It went very well - quickly and professionally.

It went well. They were able to do all the work with in about 2 weeks, power washed one day, e-mailed them the choice of color for the deck and they were able to seal it the next day.

At first not well. They came out and power washed the deck and then spray stained it (deck, hand rails, and posts). When I came home from work there were numerous spots that were missed, including under the hand rails and around where the posts and hand rails came together, because of how it was sprayed. Called to inform Jason of this and he said they would be out to fix it the next day, which happened successfully. Everything was fine until summer started and halfway through summer the stain is starting to flake off of all the wood (as you can see in the attached pictures). Additionally the stain has faded greatly on the deck and has provided no protection to the wood what-so-ever. I called to let them know about this and because the only warranty they offer is pro-rated, so from the day after they stained our deck, the warranty began dropping in usefulness. Less than a year from the application date and we are needed to have our deck completely stripped and re-stained... hopefully this time we will go with a company that not only does the job correctly, but also stands by the product they use.

Work was done without anyone needing to be home and we were able to communicate with Deck Pro by email. Job was done to our satisfaction in first attempt.

In spite of the rain in August 2016. DeckPro performed Outstandingly. I am very please with the finish product. I now have the best looking wooden deck in the neighborhood.

Things started out a little bumpy because they didn't show up to clean the deck on the date that the had confirmed. Fortunately, I had kept my confirmation e-mail with the correct date on it so they got us re-scheduled for the next day. Not happy that I had wasted part of a day off work, though. However, we would definitely use them again. The quality of the work was excellent. They were very thorough, did the job right and cleaned up after themselves, in addition to being very courteous. The special offer through Angle's List definitely prompted us to take action and try this company. So glad we did. Will be calling them again for sure.
