perfect work performed, the crew were very nice and professional.

Things started out a little bumpy because they didn't show up to clean the deck on the date that the had confirmed. Fortunately, I had kept my confirmation e-mail with the correct date on it so they got us re-scheduled for the next day. Not happy that I had wasted part of a day off work, though. However, we would definitely use them again. The quality of the work was excellent. They were very thorough, did the job right and cleaned up after themselves, in addition to being very courteous. The special offer through Angle's List definitely prompted us to take action and try this company. So glad we did. Will be calling them again for sure.

It went well. We were pleased with the job.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. We purchased a deal for $199 from this contractor, Deck Pro, Owner, Jason Glass. He came out and told us it would be an additional $400 because of our deck size. We agreed on the price and asked for his soonest appointment. He said Monday, September 5th. We told him because it was a holiday we were not available that day and scheduled for Tuesday, September 6th. No arrival time was given when making the appointment but since it was 2 weeks away be assumed they would call a few days before to confirm the time. No one called on Friday, September 2nd, so my husband texted Jason on Saturday. He did not reply by Sunday so my husband texted again. On Monday there was still no reply so my husband emailed him.. We never received a response. On Tuesday morning the employee (Jason's brother) showed up at 10:30am and told me he was here to power wash the deck. When I asked how long it would take, because I needed to run errands, he said 1/2 hour. I asked how long until the job was finished, so I could be back to pay him, and he said they would be back tomorrow to finish. I told him that Jason had not told us that it would take 2 days. He said his brother is in charge of scheduling and that he was sorry we weren't told the timeline. The forecast for Thursday is thunderstorms and I wanted it dried by then so I told him they needed to start by 8am on Wednesday. He told me that the paint stores aren't open that early so he didn't think they could get here by 8am (not sure why they couldn't buy the stain today or didn't have it on hand since we had already decided on color 2 weeks before). He called his brother and was told that they could not start work by 8am so he was just going to refund my original purchase of $199. He said his brother would be calling my husband to talk about what happened. I told him that it was unprofessional not to tell the customer how long it would take to complete, and not to return a call when a customer asks for an arrival time. I told him I would be leaving a bad review because they had wasted 2 weeks of my time being so unprofessional. Jason texted my husband shortly after and instead of apologizing, he blamed us for not knowing how long the process takes and for bothering him while away on a family weekend. He originally tried to schedule the appointment for Monday so how were we to know he wasn't working on Monday? Why did that prohibit him from confirming on Friday? All he had to do was send a quick text saying when they would arrive. In Jason's text to my husband, he is more concerned with telling us what he thinks we have done wrong, instead of apologizing for his lack of communication. He ends by telling me he is sorry it didn't work out. He did absolutely nothing to try and remedy the situation so his remorse is unseen. (Attached are all of the texts between Jason and myself) In his last communication to my husband, via email (attached), he finally apologizes for the miscommunication but still ends by trying to make us feel as if their not completing the deck is our fault. If you value your time and don't want to waste your money, do not hire this company.

The work was done on the timeline outlined, and we are very happy with the product.

Jason did a great job. We were very pleased with the results. It turned out my wife was right about the driveway; it looks brand new after he washed it. Overall, we thought the pricing for the extra work was fair and through the process, Jason communicated well. It went another day because of rain but he emailed us early in the day. We would definitely use Deck Pro again.

Canceled after repeated no response. wouldn't return calls or emails to set up appointment after request of assistance in moving items from deck

Everything went great and the deck looks awesome.

Job went very well. Company communicated clearly. Outlined the process. Visit to establish estimate. Scheduled the work and delivered on time. Job site was prepped and cleaned when complete. No evidence of overspray or spills on patio or house. Overall: Recommend and will use again in future.

It went great. The deck looks great. There were some grease stains that didn't come out, but that couldn't be helped.

Jason was very nice and honest. He informed me this is very hard to remove. He said he had previous customers with the same problem. He could not help me. He was great with is customer service. I sincerely appreciate his honesty. I highly recommend him.

Fast. Went by fast. Now after a year, I can see the stain wasn't very good quality.

Deck Pro is very good to work with. They matched the old color perfectly, the work was done very well and very quickly. The deck looks great and we would hire again without hesitation. They even gave us a discount for hiring them again.

Disaster. I'm stuck trying to get work done for next week he had (ha) contracted for.

Jason was very nice. Did the deck and seemed very professional. However I could not walk on the deck initially because it was wet. I gave him a great review. Two days later I noticed there was a line across my deck where the stain ended. I contacted him he looked at it but was not available to come back last fall, he told me he would be back in the spring. It is now July and he's never been back. I've left several messages he's replied a couple of times but never followed through. Sorry I rated him so soon. I do not remember the exact date of service or the exact cost so those are est. on the review.

The deal was just as described. The job came out nice.

Called him to redo the deck in April 2016. It rained on that day and we rescheduled. He did not show up on the rescheduled day. He did not call. He did not reschedule. I left a number of detailed messages on both of his phone numbers across several weeks. No response whatsoever! This is unprofessional and I will not use him again!

The deck was looking horribly worn and in bad shape. Deck Pro pressure washed and then stained it with a color that Jason had matched for my deck. It now?looks terrific. Thank you very much.?

I contacted Jason at Deck Pro based upon the very good reviews on Angie's list. Jason was very prompt in returning all contacts. He quickly scheduled a date for a no-cost estimate. The estimate was written clearly and was provided on the date Jason said he would do it. He even provided a projected date in which he would be able to perform the work. There was some initial miscommunication on the date the services were to be performed (probably equally as much my fault) but at the end of the day, Jason stepped up to the plate, performed the services promptly, and the deck looks fantastic. I plan to continue to use Jason in the future.
