The install started off great. The young man that was doing the work was very respectful and polite. There had been a previous leak. The pipe was not leaking when the install began. The tech brought me back to see the area and stated "I don't know what happened". The pipe is now dripping profusely. The sales man came out and accused me of drying the area because when he came out to make sale it was damp. The temps were in the upper 80's and low 90's at that time. Apparently he's never heard of condensation. Had to yell @ the salesman, Benji Koontz, from Oxley Water Systems to leave my property. It took me saying it 5 times and threatening to call the police for him to leave. The sales rep got nasty and said if they left they had to take the equipment with them. I informed him that I had paid for it already and he better not touch it. Horrible Experience. So, buyer beware of Oxley Water systems.
