I had been wanting to get my windows professionally cleaned for quite some time and saw a group for Window Genie Southwest. The price was right and the Angie's list reviews looked great, so I gave them a try. I was THRILLED with the results! The technicians were professional, did a dynamite job cleaning, and were so quiet I almost forgot they were here! The price was fantastic (even if you excluded the Groupon deal), and I will definitely be using Window Genie again!

Two young men came to clean the windows. Each well-mannered and courteous. One man cleaned inside and the other outside. They were half way thru the job and it began to rain, really pour. The man outside never stopped to seek shelter. Put a towel over his head and kept cleaning the windows. I am pleased with the job they did. I hope Window Genie has another groupon offer next year.

We had just spent a lot of money having window rot removed from our wood windows and needed to have the windows cleaned. We were pleased with the promptness and quality of the cleaning that was performed on the windows. In that we had a special occasion that was upcoming, we wanted to have the windows sparkling just like new. The cleaning was done promptly and exactly as we wanted.

The called in advance to ask if they could arrive early, which was great. They were polite and professional. I did not have to point out any flaws because they did everything right the first time.

They were very attentive, and their follow-through was amazing. The were extremely professional when they came out to do the work, and even gave me a call that morning to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and could be at my home earlier. The work they did was great - it is such a relief to have my windows clean and worth every dime to have someone come out and do it for me! Overall, I was really impressed with the level of communication and service by this company and would definitely call them again. I have recommended them already to my mother-in-law and mom.

This was an outstanding job done with great professionalism. I had tried to stay one step ahead of Jessie to move furniture away from the windows. When I couldn't keep up (he works very fast), he helped move the couch and a heavy trunk. The rest of the time I just tried to stay out of his way. Some of the windows were near the top of a 10 foot ceiling. That's why we needed a professional. At my age, it's better for me to stay off of ladders.

It was a fantastic experience. They did a great job and the windows look stellar. The employee that serviced my house was very nice and friendly and worked quickly and effectively. I really liked how they sent an email prior to showing up with a picture of the employee that would be doing the cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use their services in the future.

Window Genie did a great job cleaning the windows of our home, both the interior and exterior. The windows had not been cleaned for almost a year. They had to "scrub" a few of our windows that had hard to remove material while they cleaned. We had never paid anyone to clean the windows of our home before. They cleaned our windows much better than we were able to clean them in the past. The two men that worked on our windows were very professional and were very careful not to create any messes on our floors or carpet. They were very friendly and eager to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the job. The only possible improvement that they could have made was that they were about an hour late for the appointment and they did not call us to keep us informed. However, we would not hesitate to recommend Window Genie to clean your windows.

Bought a Groupon to have 25 windows cleaned for $79. I paid an extra $8 per window to have all the windows on my first floor cleaned (total 28 windows). I could not be happier with the service I received and the quality of the work. The windows on our home have never looked cleaner - and I have made many attempts in the past! They were very punctual and worked in the rain. I definately plan on using them in the future and setting up a bi-annual cleaning schedule with this company....will also be recommending to my neighbors!

Although we originally had a bit of a difficult time connecting, once we finally got an appointment set up, they came out and did a great job of cleaning my windows. It was a bit of a cloudy day with rainshowers predicted so they called before they came out to make sure I still wanted to get things done that day. It was amazing how clean my windows were when they were finished.

He did such a good job. It made a huge difference from the heat from the sun coming in. His character was so nice. I recommended him to my church and he did a wonderful job there too for power washing and around 130 windows.

They didn't do everything they were suppose to and the whole experience was a big mess. I paid an extra $27 for them to clean the inside tracks of the windows and they didn't. I noticed they didn't do that so I called the owner. As I was talking to him, 1 of my windows fell out onto the floor because the tech did not lock 4 of the windows properly. They forgot to lock the window in my daughter's playroom and thank God it didn't fall out while my daughter was playing because it would have killed her. The owner came out right away and checked all of the windows, but in doing so he left finger prints all over them. I thought, I just paid you how much to clean my windows and now there are finger prints all over them. I will not be using them again.
