We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very well. We had them come out and look at the house, and give us an estimate. They gave us a discount. We were little disappointed, because when they came out to do the estimates, they told us they would be able to power wash the upper floor of the house, but when they came, they didn't do it. They did a beautiful job on the windows.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Did a very good job on all my windows. Would highly recommend their services.

Everything was great. The skylights were an extra $60; it was $15 per piece.

Mike Angle was great to work with. He brought samples of film to our home and helped us choose the correct one for our needs. He sent an email with pictures of those who would be coming to do the job, and sent a reminder email before coming. He and his helper promptly arrived on time on the agreed on installation date, were courteous and did a great job. They cleaned up after the job was finished, and we would definitely use them again. We have given his information to others who were interested in contacting him for their own needs.

It was a terrific experience! All windows were cleaned to perfection, including front door glass (inside and out), sliding doors to the sunroom, and the sunroom proper (inside and out). We could not have been more pleased with the results.

Two men showed up on time and spent 3 hours at our home. They were very professional - clean and respectful of our property. Did a beautiful job of cleaning all windows and even cleaned some mirrors and additional windows without being asked. Offered to replace several screens that had hail damage for a minimal charge and they came out like new. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Window Genie to others.

Service was excellent. I have 17 windows and 2 glass doors, and the young man was finished in less than three hours. He was courteous and pleasant and got done to work immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

When they were out here I actually had more stuff done. They were awesome. Talking about being on time, they were even a few minutes early. I work from home, so I can't have any noise when I'm on the phone and they were courteous about that. I couldn't ask for anything better. I thought their price was pretty good. There were certain things that I though was pricey. I got two screens replaced and they were a certain price, and if you get more screens replaced, then it lowers the cost of each one that they do. I kind of thought that was a little off on that. It was a little high; I think it was like $9 a screen. They moved some of the stuff away from the windows when they cleaned them and when they left, they didn't put it back. I had to put it all back.

The young man who came was prompt and extremely pleasant. He did a great job on the windows and left a free can of window cleaner which was great. I will certainly use them again.

This is the second time I have used them. Very thorough and I will use them again.

workers were very professional, even helped fix a window that had been off its track for years. Identified problems with window screens and offered cost to repair and did it on site, with no hard sales pitch. Great company and good communications from their office.

They did a great job. It's an excellent price because I can't do the work myself. They're real friendly and both very accommodating an on it. They came early even which I liked because it was gonna rain later. They were very particular and wore shoe covers when they came in. They got the work done and just very focused. They're polite and professional. It was so pretty outside. He offered me other options regarding window tinting which is something I had been thinking about. He was able to give me information on products that could save me money via heating and cooling. He's very informative and educational, he's willing to talk about things.

I talked to him on 6/3 and he was supposed to send an email that night for availability. He never followed through. I am asking for a refund. I was contacted by the company they had sent email to wrong email address and offered to honor the deal.I chose to go with another company, but mistakes happen and would give this company a try at a later date. .

I would refer them. The price was worth it to get all of my windows cleaned.

Outstanding service. They were continually prompt in responding with a quote and to our subsequent inquiries. They sent pictures of the techs that would be visiting. Professional service through-and-through, and did a fantastic job of cleaning the windows and screens. I highly recommend them.
