i actually bought this deal but was switched to the window genie men in the north as i live out of the district the guys arrived and i had to unexpectedly leave--they offered to come back after their next job - which was a huge help for me. they were helpful and neat and did a very good job on the windows. i really liked them and will def use them again

Superb, the technician called prior to scheduled time and inquired if he could arrive early and we stated yes and within a few minutes he arrived, introduced himself and verified the job and cost. He immediately retrieved all the tools for completion of the job and started and within 4 hours had cleaned all the windows, screens and window sills. He did a terrific job and would definitely hire this company again in the Spring to clean windows, screens and window sills again. The technician was friendly, yet task oriented and remained working while my husband chatted with him. He was very professional and we are so pleased.

Absolutely great. Plus he said he would be here at 9:00 and he was!! Love it when people arrive when they say they will.

Once you buy the deal, they contact you and warn you to click on the link to see how they count windows. That is a day late and many dollars short! I never had my windows cleaned before (I just got too old). My tiny bathroom window is a horizontal slide, but it has a wood bar in the middle of each side and a storm. Therefore, that tiny window counts as 5 windows and the deal only allows 20. I am not paying $75.00 for 4 windows. Angie's list shares responsibility along with the window company for not explaining the "deal" in "view it". I asked them for my money back. No answer yet. There is no debate here. Return the money.

They arrived on time, did a beautiful job on windows. It was not possible for me to be at home, but I came home to clean windows.

Our house and patio room windows were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. We do not need to climb ladders at our age anymore. We had never used a professional service for this task before and did not know what to expect. We called Window Genie - SW Indianapolis. Mike Angle came out and presented us with an estimate which was in our budget. He and an associate came at the appointed time and cleaned all our windows. Their service was outstanding. It was a pleasant experience. We will do it again in the Spring.

The gentleman was very professional and on time. I had received an email from Window Genie w/his photo, name, & date of service.... in advance of the cleaning date. I was very impressed by this method of introduction. He did an excellent job. He never even took a break & it was rather warm on that late afternoon. I offered him a bottle of cold water. I was so pleased with the outcome, I wrote an unsolicited email to Window Genie about their wonderful service. I will utilize this company again, without hesitation!

I purchased this deal since I'm no longer able to climb up a ladder to wash my outside windows. When I first purchased the Big Deal for Window Genie of Indpls SW we had quite a bit of communication while I learned how they ?counted? windows etc. I told them I wans't in a hurry so they could let me know when they were in my area. I also shared that I would be using them for only the number of windows the Deal covered. I didn't hear back and recently e-mailed them again and while I know they picked up my e-mail they haven't responded back. I suspect they aren't interested in doing a job that doesn't include more windows (a/k/a more money) than the stated Big Deal and think it best to just get a refund.

I have used this contractor before and the work is excellent! They arrived promptly and the windows look great. This is my second time to use this company and I will use them again. Recommended Window Genie to my neighbors and they are happy with the results.

It was great. There was an extra charge for the screens. It was another $25 which was fine. They told me that upfront. They were very organized. They were very prompt, thorough and very personable.

They were very good. The two gentleman that came did a great job. They were very quiet and if they had been a little more verbal, I would have been more likely to use them. I talked to the boss and he came to put some window tint on a window for me and I explained this to him. He was very professional and responsive. He even got out a ladder and cleaned out a gutter that was over flowing for me! They were even nice enough to send me some brownies as a thank you for repeat business! I will be calling them again this spring for more service!

Contractor (2 employees) arrived promptly at the scheduled time and after introductions immediately commenced cleaning the windows and screens, both inside and outside. One employee worked on the outside and the other worked on the inside. The windows were thoroughly cleaned sometimes requiring more than 1 cleaning. Each screen was removed and brushed clean. Some windows and screens were difficult to remove but they managed to remove all that needed to be removed. My wife and I were very pleased with the results.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was all right. The price was great but the guys were just out of it. There were some streaks on the windows but it was a good price. I would do the deal again because it's better than doing it myself.

The window washers did not arrive at the time that they had promised. We contaced them, but were assured that they would arrive that day. They did so about an hour late, however, with one man working, the windows were washed extremely well and were done within a two hour time frame. We have a two story house. We were very pleased with the outcome of the service and would use the company again.
