They cleaned our windows. I love that they tell you who the technician is going to be, name and picture before they arrive. We had a small glitch with one of the storm window sets but it was immediately taken care of to my satisfaction. The owner is on top of everything and very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We paid a little bit more than the deal to get the screens taken off; they tried to get us to pay a lot more. They tried to come in and quote us a much higher price but my husband said no. He went to the wrong address even though we told them the right address.

They did a great job washing my windows inside and out. My only complaint is that the appointment was reschedule on very short notice. I understand that they take care of their regular customers first but I think they could have tried to reach me better so I didn't rush home from work when I didn't need to.

Window Genie did an absolutely fabulous job cleaning our exterior windows. The outside of the windows never looked better. The Window Genie representative was very professional and worked quickly and quietly, which is important since my wife and I both work from our home offices. We had more than 60 windows cleaned so the price was very reasonable. They also left us with a can of their window cleaning solution which works great for cleaning spots where they dog has jumped on the door and messed up the shine. I highly recommend Window Genie to anyone who wants their windows to shine.

Wonderful! My home is apx. 100 yrs old. Some of the windows are probably from the l940's. Also, have storm windows apx. 50 yrs old. It had been several years since we washed the windows. I have only praise and happiness to express for the beautiful, clean windows my home now has thanks to Mike and his son-in-law.

They did very well. We had a lot more windows than they thought we did. They were efficient. They were there for several hours and the the windows look fantastic. They did a really superb job. They came a little bit late.

He washed all of the windows in our house in side and out. The job was done qickly and the end result was wonderful to have all the windows in our home clean at one time. would definetly use again.

No details. He finished the job and at the time everything looked great. Can't exactly climb to see if the gutters were cleaned. I assumed they were. Now, of course, there's leaves on them but they will blow off.

I signed up for the "Big Deal" and was able to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for me. I was called about an hour prior to the appointment to let me know there was a slight delay of about 30 minutes. I appreciated knowing about this slight delay. Upon arrival he apologized for the delay and went right to work cleaning the windows. Within 2 hours I had sparkling clean windows.

Provider was fast and efficient and very professional.

I purchased an Angie's list deal for $79. They did an excellent job on the windows inside and out. I had also purchased this deal for my mom and she was very happy with it...and that is saying a lot because she is very particular about the windows.I also had my screens removed and new screen put. They returned them in a week and the price was very reasonable.

It was fine. They came out to do the work a couple weeks ago and I spent about $83 dollars with them. I thought they did a fine job and they were very polite. The only complaint I have was that a couple screens weren't replaced correctly and a couple of them have fallen out but it was still a good job.

They were fine. They did a good job. They showed up on time. They wanted to add a few things and they did that. Their price is very reasonable. We were more than happy to do it. They even gave me a couple of bottles of free window cleaners so that was nice.

The communication from Window Genie was outstanding. Very shortly after I purchased the deal, the company emailed me a link to their website where I could schedule an appointment for the service. After I selected a date, they sent me a confirmation email with a picture of the person who would be there to complete the job. The scheduling process was super easy and convenient. Oh, and did I mention our windows look great too! The technician did a fantastic job. Our windows have never looked this good. In addition to the Big Deal, we spent a little extra and had them clean the screens as well and it was well worth a few extra bucks. This is the one job that everyone hates to do, so I would recommend letting Window Genie do it for you. They're great!

The work was done efficiently and well and the communication from the company was flawless. The worker went above and beyond to complete the job and effortlessly handled our windows, many of which are difficult to reach. I plan to use this company annually to handle our windows.

i actually bought this deal but was switched to the window genie men in the north as i live out of the district the guys arrived and i had to unexpectedly leave--they offered to come back after their next job - which was a huge help for me. they were helpful and neat and did a very good job on the windows. i really liked them and will def use them again

Superb, the technician called prior to scheduled time and inquired if he could arrive early and we stated yes and within a few minutes he arrived, introduced himself and verified the job and cost. He immediately retrieved all the tools for completion of the job and started and within 4 hours had cleaned all the windows, screens and window sills. He did a terrific job and would definitely hire this company again in the Spring to clean windows, screens and window sills again. The technician was friendly, yet task oriented and remained working while my husband chatted with him. He was very professional and we are so pleased.

Absolutely great. Plus he said he would be here at 9:00 and he was!! Love it when people arrive when they say they will.

Once you buy the deal, they contact you and warn you to click on the link to see how they count windows. That is a day late and many dollars short! I never had my windows cleaned before (I just got too old). My tiny bathroom window is a horizontal slide, but it has a wood bar in the middle of each side and a storm. Therefore, that tiny window counts as 5 windows and the deal only allows 20. I am not paying $75.00 for 4 windows. Angie's list shares responsibility along with the window company for not explaining the "deal" in "view it". I asked them for my money back. No answer yet. There is no debate here. Return the money.
